A place for lovers of top quality meat prepared with know-how. Hospitable and pleasant service with excellent preparation in the description of the product you are going to consume (you can eat from a gourmet sandwich to a refined cut of meat combined with tasty side dishes). The main room of the room is beautiful and well laid out while the secondary room is less well looked after (overlooking a small, slightly shabby outdoor area). Definitely recommended.

Beautiful experience and a lot of attention to the customer.
I must say first of all that the toilets are extremely clean and well-kept, with disposable towels and the possibility of sanitizing the toilet seat.
Delicious and particular food, soft and crunchy leavened products.

Today was an unlucky day as there were problems with the oven in the kitchen, consequently the bread served with the sandwiches did not reflect the usual taste. After all, the meat is really high quality and cooked perfectly. Being a family-run restaurant, there are only two waiters, but the number of seats is low so you can see that they are well aware of their skills. The environment is really very welcoming and warm. I went there today after two years and everything remained exactly as it was before. 4 stars though because they didn't have their great steaks and other cuts of meat and only had meat for sandwiches due to a late delivery. Too bad otherwise it would have been 5 stars. Finally, the prices are in line with those of a quality butcher's shop (a sandwich loaded with condiments and with 300 grams of pork costs 19 euros). Everything else is excellent, I hope they continue on this path without any problems of this kind

Family dinner on holiday, I'm sorry because the service was impeccable but for the rest we're not there, burnt fried asiago morsels, pulled pork as hard as a piece of wood and paid 20 euros and PMD (burger with cutlet) pieces of bones inside! Side dishes to forget, I noticed the chef doesn't know how to fry!

In the center of Asiago, a place that doesn't cater for tourists seems absurd... and yet it exists. The cuisine is unusual, it starts from street food but is much more refined, different from any other. The quality is clear and noticeable. The service is attentive, attentive and fast. The wine list is excellent.

Sono stato con mia moglie a cena in questo ristorante devo dire che abbiamo mangiato bene birre ottime personale gentilissimo ma c'è un motivo per il quale ho dato solo 3 palle, le tempistiche decisamente troppo tempo per una bistecca con patate e un'insalata quasi 1 ora considerando che c'erano 3 tavoli occupati. Ci hanno servito subito le birre che nel frattempo che ci hanno servito la carne si erano scaldate. Nulla da dire sulla qualità della carne sono stati molto carini ci hanno portato a vedere la bistecca di 1kg prima di cuocerla ma quasi un'ora per portarla no troppo tempo. Non ho la foto della carne e me ne dispiace perché valeva la pena ho solo quella delle ottime birre che abbiamo preso purtroppo dopo tutta quest'attesa mi è passato di mente di farla.

Siamo andati a cena in questo locale perché attratti dalle costate messe a stagionare visibili dalla vetrina. In effetti non abbiamo prestato molta attenzione al resto del menù, ci siamo concentrati solo sul piatto forte. Le diverse carni ci sono state proposte con le loro caratteristiche e i prezzi al chilo. Una volta scelta la varietà (grigia alpina) e la pezzatura, la costata ci è stata presentata cruda. La carne è stata fantastica, cottura ottima, sapore deciso, ma non aggressivo. La carta dei vini è limitata, ma presenta qualche bella etichetta a prezzi corretti. Unica nota, trovo il coperto a 3,50€ un pochino elevato.
