Pancake Factory is a very original, welcoming place and in summer you can sit on the riverside. Inside there are two rooms, not very large. The staff is very customer focused and helpful. The service is a little slow. The menu is very varied, breakfasts, aperitifs, definitely worth trying is the brunch which takes place from 11am to 3pm every day! Good coffee but in my opinion their strong point are the exceptional pancakes, both in taste and quantity! Excellent value for money. Air-conditioned and dog friendly room.

The place also stands out for its attention to detail: during the holidays, the environment is themed, making every corner super "instagrammable". Perfect for photos 🥰 At Christmas you can try dishes like their Christmas panettone French toast! In summer, however, you can enjoy a fresh aperitif outdoors along the river, a relaxing and evocative experience. The waiters are kind and attentive. Special thanks go to Christian, who prepares a delicious Moroccan and is always welcoming! And well, then there's Ramona: the hostess! Ramona is not only the owner, but the true soul of the place: she welcomes everyone with warmth and care, making every customer feel at home. Se amate i pancake e i dolci americani, Pancake Factory è una tappa obbligatoria! Questo locale è un vero paradiso per chi desidera una pausa golosa a qualsiasi ora della giornata! Al mattino, puoi goderti una ricca colazione: cheesecake alte e cremose, chiffon cake leggere e, naturalmente, i pancake dolci, non so cosa quale sia l’ingrediente segreto, ma sono pazzeschi ! Perfetti per una colazione o un brunch. A pranzo il menù offre opzioni salate come i waffle e i pancake. Il mio preferito? Il pancake meatball, con un sugo Squisito e le polpette che si sciolgono in bocca . Il locale spicca anche per la sua attenzione ai dettagli: durante le festività, l’ambiente si veste a tema, rendendo ogni angolo super “instagrammabile”. Perfetto per foto 🥰 A Natale si possono provare piatti come il loro French toast al panettone natalizio! D’estate, invece, si può godere di un fresco aperitivo all’aperto lungo il fiume, un’esperienza rilassante e suggestiva. I camerieri sono gentili e attenti. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Christian, che prepara un marocchino buonissimo ed è sempre accogliente! E beh, poi c’è Ramona: la padrona di casa! Ramona non è solo la proprietaria, ma la vera anima del locale: accoglie tutti con calore e cura, facendo sentire ogni cliente a casa. Pancake Factory non è solo un locale, ma un’esperienza unica !

Lovely place in an equally lovely setting. Very good food and really kind and attentive staff, without forcing. We will be back and recommend a visit to everyone.

Quality snack! Excellent tea choice Menu needs improvement (Ref. Missing intolerances, etc.). Non-functional bathroom for disabled people (sink not suitable for disabled people as it has foot levers to activate the water outlet)

Not the usual "cafeteria", something different where they spoil you.

Avevamo provato una volta questo locale , ma con qualche perplessità. Siamo tornati recentemente evitando gli orari di punta ( le recensioni ci avevano un po' preoccupato) e non abbiamo nulla di cui lamentarci. Buono il cibo, servizio veloce e soprattutto i camerieri molto gentili ed educati ( ricordo solo il nome del ragazzo che ci ha servito, Gabriele, ma anche quelli al bancone non sono stati da meno).
