A great option for breakfast or a snack in the San Siro area, they're open 24 hours! I recommend trying the Arancini (breaded rice balls usually filled with peas, ragù, ham, and mozzarella). The staff's service was excellent, especially Ali, who was fantastic. We'll definitely be back.

Truly exceptional! ⭐ Modern, clean, and always with attention to detail. The staff is super helpful, fast, and always smiling, which is not a given, especially in a place open 24/7. The quality of the food is top-notch: from breakfast with fresh croissants and perfect coffee, to the deli with pizza, kebabs, salads, and dishes always prepared with quality ingredients. Everything is delicious and always fresh! A go-to place at any time of day or night: whether for breakfast, a quick lunch, or a late-night snack, you'll always find something excellent here. Highly recommended 🔥 I'll definitely be back!

If you find yourself in this neighborhood, do yourself a favor and stop at Elfa. It became my home base during three wonderful weeks in Milan, and it quickly turned into the place I looked forward to visiting every morning. Each day began with a perfectly made cappuccino, rich, smooth Illy coffee, always served in one of the beautiful Illy art cups, which added a nice little touch to the experience. Alongside it, I loved their freshly squeezed orange juice, bright, sweet, and exactly what you want to start a day in Italy. Over the weeks I sampled a wide assortment of their freshly made pastries and dishes throughout the day, and everything I tried was delicious. The baked goods were always fresh, the flavors were simple and authentic, and you could tell real care goes into everything they serve. What truly made the place special, though, was the warmth of the staff. The service was consistently friendly, welcoming, and genuine. By the end of my stay they felt more like friends than staff, always greeting me with a smile and making each visit feel easy and relaxed. Elfa has that perfect neighborhood café atmosphere, the kind of place locals love and travelers are lucky to discover. If you are anywhere in the area, make sure you stop in. Great coffee, fresh pastries, incredible orange juice, and wonderful people. It was easily one of my favorite daily rituals in Milan.

The prices are reasonable only if you take into account the one-euro cover charge: the manager takes this for granted, but I've never encountered one that wasn't included in a lunch menu. I suggest greater clarity. The manager was also annoyed by my initiative to photograph the menu. €13 is for a plate of salmon pasta with carrots on the same plate. It's good, but I'd feel uncomfortable returning. On the other hand, perhaps the manager wouldn't appreciate it either, given how he approached me at the end.
