I went to the cinema for a movie but while waiting I got a sandwich that was delicious like few others! Truly delicious but the real extra touch was Sara! 😃 The girl who served me at the cashier was very kind, smiling and helpful, unfortunately we don't see people like that lately, so when you find her and you have a laugh and a lot of kindness, needless to say, it has to be said and reviewed! 👏👍Hi Sara 👋😄

Quality still excellent.
Service is less so. You can't wait 20 minutes for a sandwich. There were two in front of me, and what's more, they served two double the size I had.
Excellent product quality. But the price seems excessive. Spending more than 10 euros for a sandwich is outrageous. Eating at these places is becoming a luxury. The problem isn't Panbolla, but the system, which is collapsing.

The sandwich I had was good, especially the bread, which remains soft and flavorful. Let's just say the prices are reasonable for the product, and the quality is definitely there. The wait times are short, and there are several seats.
Very light and delicious bread, the raw ham was sweet and soft, the sandwich was packed, they don't just show you the filling, they stuff it really good, really good

I recently went to this place and, unfortunately, I have to report an unpleasant experience at the cash register. The black girl who served me was really too insistent in her approach, so much so that she made me feel uncomfortable. I understand the desire to be friendly or proactive, but in certain moments a more measured attitude would be better. This way of doing things, rather than making me feel welcomed, made me nervous and partly ruined the experience. A little more balance in the relationship with customers would be desirable.
