The best Bakery and coffee shop in Bologna. The croissants are perfect. And the bread and pretty much everything. Great staff too, Best part of waking up is coming here for a cappuccino (with oat milk if that's your thing) and a brioche (croissant)-sweet or "salata"--buttery with salt.

Truly a spectacular place, despite being in a less-than-perfect neighborhood. It definitely brings prestige to the area. Well done to everyone who works there. The coffee is good, and the pastry shop is excellent.

12/09/2025: A little Venetian restaurant in Bologna! It was a wonderful experience. The place is small, which I don't see as a bad thing. The owner, who is also the chef, is not only excellent but also very kind. The sardines in saor were delicious, as was the creamed cod and the fried fish, which was thinly battered and not at all greasy. Highly recommended!
26/08/2025: Had one of my best meals here! I was in Padova but didn't get to try their famous bigoli in salsa. Had it here and it was delicious! Just one note -- I tried to return for lunch the next day, as Google shows lunch hours, but then saw on the window that is only dinner. Very common here not to have hours/menu updated online.
