I've been to Ristorante Panama twice, once on August 15th and once the following week.
Excellent food: you can taste the quality of the ingredients used.
Top service: very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable, and knowledgeable about the dishes.
Very beautiful location: the view from the veranda is truly beautiful, and eating on the beach is also a lovely idea. It's a shame that the umbrellas on their beach were open and blocked the sea, but the atmosphere was still there.
Highly recommended, and I would definitely go back!

Unfortunately, this restaurant didn't have the positive reviews I'd read. I chose it through The Fork, but despite the discount, the price was much higher than what we ordered. The service was confusing.

Review for the restaurant, which I highly recommend, very nice and clean place, kind and helpful staff, seafront location with the option of eating on the beach or inside with a sea view, excellent food, we had a very good time, we also met the owner Nuccia, a very kind and friendly person who approached asking if we had enjoyed ourselves, she also offered us some chocolates, which I think they had given to her, but she kindly offered them to us to taste, a gesture much appreciated. We will definitely be back. 🐠🩵

I don't usually review places I visit, but this time I decided to make an exception.
We stayed a few nights at Residence Panama last week and had a great time. Clean, very central but on a quiet street, spacious rooms, and a very convenient beach.
Everything was beautiful, but what we enjoyed most was the treatment we received: the staff was very friendly and helpful.
We will return to Residence Panama.
Thank you for a wonderful time!

Review for the restaurant. Excellent top-notch restaurant for location, ingredients and staff right on the sea. Beautiful and elegant seafood restaurant on the sea of Alassio. Beautiful interior spaces equipped with air conditioning. The outdoor space is the TOP ... sand on your feet. A real spectacle to eat here. Top quality ingredients expertly cooked by the chef. Very knowledgeable and friendly waiting staff. Very well done menu as well as the wine list. Medium-high prices but it's really worth it. Recommended +++

Beautiful characteristic place where you can taste excellent fish dishes accompanied by spectacular wines the quality is excellent the service excellent there is nothing to say and to finish the gem ... by ordering in advance you can dine on the beach as happened to me on the occasion of my birthday and it was very romantic all crazy highly recommended !!!

Ristorante dallo stile contemporaneo piacevole. Posizionato nel caratteristico budello, con affaccio sul mare. Dal tavolo assegnato in veranda, si apprezzava una piacevole vista sulla spiaggia e sui riflessi della luna sul mare. Servizio impeccabile del personale giovane e professionale. Menu' molto chiaro, completo sia per piatti di mare, sia per quelli di terra. Abbiamo optato per il mare xon portate tradizionali. Gli ordini sono arrivati nei tempi giusti e tutti insieme. Piatti presentati bene e cibo di qualità. Prezzo corretto. Esperienza da ripetere.

Storico Ristorante nel Budello di Alassio, locale elegante con coperti ben curati, servizio attento e puntuale. Responsabile di Sala molto cortese che accompagna il cliente nella scelta del Menù di Terra o Mare, Buona Cantina dei Vini. E per finire Ottimo Dessert. Da provare
