I've been to the Panama in Alassio and I must say that it was a real pleasure! The kitchen is expert in fresh fish and it shows immediately. The dishes were prepared with care and attention to detail, and the flavor of the fish was simply incredible. But what made the experience even more special was the service. The staff was friendly, efficient and attentive to customer needs. They went out of their way to make us feel at home and even gave useful advice on dishes and wines. The price was more than reasonable, considering the quality of the food and service. Es un restaurante con uno de los pedigrís más largos de Alassio. Hemos tenido algunas comidas muy agradables aquí durante muchas décadas. Pero durante un par de años parecían haberse extraviado, y no fuimos los únicos que opinamos de ello. Se han recalibrado con un nuevo chef, centrándose una vez más en un menú tradicional de Liguria. El servicio es atento y profesional y los propietarios familiares locales están al frente y al centro. El entorno y el ambiente son agradables y cómodos. Estamos encantados de que hayan vuelto a la normalidad. Los precios son muy justos por la calidad y la atención al detalle. Esperamos volver a ser clientes habituales.
