We took some sandwiches to go, they were very tasty with fresh ingredients, the staff was very friendly and they even gave us a little sweet treat. 5/5 would come again ! Ps: Also great location in the historical centre of bologna ;)

Ordered a quick takeaway Panini with gluten free bread. The bread were quite fresh and airy, with a lot of toppings high on flavor. The staff were friendly, consistent and effective, making it not more than probably 3 minutes from first interaction until i had the sandwich in my hands.

Good sandwiches full of seasoning. It is located in the center and they are quite quick to serve. At the end they presented us with a chocolate tortellini from Majani (to visit while you are in Bologna). There were 4 of us and we spent a total of 68.50 for 4 sandwiches, 1 coke zero for 33 and three waters for 33 (cover charge 2 euros per person). I didn't give it my all as I was disappointed to see 33cl bottles of water at 1.90. I would have expected glass bottles, larger and less expensive both to be more sustainable and to be more sensitive to the needs of the consumer and in particular to the basic necessity which is water.

EXCEPTIONAL vegan aperitif! Incredible vegan cheeses, and extremely friendly and helpful staff. Absolutely worth trying!

PAN 8 Bologna Encontramos este lugar en Internet y decidimos probarlo. El personal era muy amable y bien informado y dijo que casi todo en el menú puede ser GF. ¡Hasta hacen su propio pan GF! Disfrutamos de nuestra experiencia y la comida era deliciosa.

Ottimi prodotti tipici Bolognesi di alta qualità, personale attento e super gentile. Tappa d'obbligo quando si viene a Bologna. ci sono anche le birre artigianali. panini gustosi da comporre o già composti ,possibilità di scelta di pane senza glutine .
