Often better located venues offer less and are more expensive. This was a welcome exception. The quality of the raw materials and products, the kindness of all the staff at the reception and during the service made it possible to make a simple meal, made of cured meats, cheeses, sauces and giardiniera, bread and breadsticks, an unforgettable experience for flavors and authenticity.

We hesitated for a long time, whether to stop here or there for lunch, and we were not disappointed in choosing Pan&Vino.
One of our very good memories of Orta.

Under the arcades in the main square, pedestrian area, this very particular place.
High quality, medium-high prices. Good service. Check the menu before sitting down, it's at the entrance and on the tables. Not all dishes are for everyone.
The foi gras is excellent, too spicy 🌶️ the mackerel terrine. The bread is good.
I'll be back for the desserts.

We sat down to eat but unfortunately the kitchen was closed after three in the afternoon. So we had to get a cold meat and cheese platter with some wine. The service was quick and the staff were very polite and helpful. Prices are a little higher due to tourism in the area on Lake Orta. However, the raw materials and the flavors of what we ate were amazing. I recommend it for anyone who wants to have a drink and a bite to eat. The wine we got was a white called il BRUTO and The Best. Very nice wine that went well with the cheeses and charcuterie, a little sparkling.

Fuldstændig fantastisk, romantisk og autentisk sted!
Dybt charmerende restaurant med beliggenhed lige ved torvet i Orta.
Vi droppede ind bare for at få et par øl, men til det kom de med et “lille” snack-fad med de lækreste lækkerier på.
Kvalitets skinke og ost der smagte fantastisk!
Det var virkelig en glædelig overraskelse!
De har et fantastisk udvalgt af vidunderlige vine både på vinkortet men også som salg i deres butik. Samt salg af lufttørret kød og oste.
Skøn, skøn oplevelse som jeg absolut kun kan anbefale !
