Pan & Vino In Orta san giulio

I ordered a delicious Piedmontese appetizer platter. It was generously filled with local cheeses and meats. We enjoyed the terrace seating, and the service was truly passionate about the food.

We were there for an aperitif. Good drinks, along with a small platter of cheese, ham, olives, etc., served at no extra charge. We were very happy and satisfied with the value for money. Absolutely recommend it!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Pan & Vino. Enogastronomia – Orta de Giulio When you think you're "just ordering a quick tuna" and suddenly you're in the middle of a culinary operetta – then you're at Pan & Vino. We started with an organic lemon iced tea, so fresh even the lemon tree would probably have applauded. Then a Nebbiolo that was so elegant we briefly considered addressing it formally. The highlight: tuna. But not that sad canned companion from the Aldi shelf. No, this was an aristocratic albacore tuna that had apparently arrived from Spain with a chauffeur. Accompanied by polenta that lay so reverently on the side, as if to say, "I know I'm just the side dish, but I'm doing my best." Add to that pickled peppers and onions bathed in oil like vacationers on the Riviera, and a garlic cream that would definitely have spoiled the appetite of any vampire within a 50-km radius – but made us very happy. In short: If you don't stop here, you're missing out on a culinary mini-journey between Spain, Piedmont, and lemon groves. Highly recommended!

Great place, the entire menu is tempting, the platters are excellent, as are the vegetables in oil. The wine list seems very high quality, but we settled for the recommended wine because we had to hit the road again. The owner's smile is rather rare, but that doesn't detract from the quality of the menu. Excellent place!

Practically in the heart of Orta San Giulio, a lovely place to sample and enjoy excellent platters of both cured meats and cheeses. We waited a few minutes because they don't take reservations, but it was worth it. If you're looking for an aperitivo, aperitivo dinner, or if you're looking for a less formal meal, this is definitely the place to go. It has outdoor seating. Excellent value. Highly recommended!

Posto suggestivo molto particolare, un biglietto da visita fantastico...entri nel locale e c'è una vetrina piena di affettati e formaggi tipici scelta di vini ottima personale molto molto gentile e molto preparato, piatti ottimi soprattutto la polenta ma anche tt il resto. Super consigliato

Situato proprio in piazza centrale difronte alle partenza per traghetti San Giulio. Prezzo 3 euro per cono piccolo. Personale molto gentile
