Always a confirmation! Truly quality food and the owner (Ferruccio) friendly and sociable. Having a chat is always a pleasure! Fair account for the quality offered (and also sought after). Excellent coffee to end a great meal. I like to go there when I can!
I would add that every time they ask me for a restaurant where to eat in the area I recommend this one for the whole context.

The food was nice and the staff very friendly. I do feel though that it should be said that the only outside-sitting option is to sit in front of the restaurant. However, you are then situated on the side of the road where cars drive 70km/h. It really diminishes the experience of a otherwise nice restaurant and the prices don't make up for this.

Quarta volta in questo splendido locale. Poche volte tornando in un luogo lontano da casa vado in un ristorante dove sono già stata. Soprattutto nelle Langhe, dove si mangia bene più o meno dappertutto, preferisco curiosare e provare ogni volta posti nuovi.
Pan Pist per me è un'eccezione, è il mio posto del cuore, dove non solo si mangia divinamente (qualità e attenzione al dettaglio sempre al top), ma dove l'accoglienza e la sincera simpatia di Ferruccio fanno la differenza.
Il clima è sempre rilassato e mi sento come a casa.

What a gem of a place to come across. We were taken here by friends who had it was recommended to them by a local. A great local wine list and a traditional Piemontese menu with also a fusion meno. We had tastes of both and they were tremendous. The friendly service also added to the atmosphere. Will definitely be going back again.

We went last night, everything was truly perfect, the owner Ferruccio was an exquisite and kind person, very knowledgeable about both food and wine, truly spectacular dishes in both taste and presentation.

Una cena semplicemente perfetta : noi abbiamo scelto piatti della tradizione ( una parte del menù è dedicato a una versione innovativa dei piatti )… dicci le trovare parole addotte per descrivere la perfezione dei piatti e la ricerca dell eccellenza sulle materie prime.
Top l’antipasto con la cipolla al forno .
Il proprietario poi ti racconta ogni poesia dei piatti .
