Highly recommended! It initially seems a bit uninviting, unfortunately because it's located right on the main road and unassuming from the outside. However, the interior is a lovingly designed restaurant. The host is extremely friendly and accommodating. The food was consistently excellent.

Already our favorite place to eat in that area! We had lunch with really tasty and refined quality dishes, on the menu you can choose between traditional Piedmontese dishes, old or renovated, with many curious dishes. The very kind and helpful owner made everything really top! Wide selection of fine wines

Tried for a quick lunch break. Being a trattoria and a beginner, it still has to "calibrate" and make itself known with the other trattorias in the area! Good premises though! During the summer, there is the possibility of having lunch outside. Update September 2020: after more than 2 years I find the same enthusiasm and desire to offer excellent and refined dishes at a reasonable price. Good selection of wines 🍷🍷🍷🍷🍷 BRAVI 👍👍👍 Large and convenient parking right in front of the restaurant. Update 2022: Revised the menu, introduced the "curiosities" and maintained the "tradition", NOT TO BE MISSED "spaghetti lemon pepper and lobster"! Evolution!!!

Eating at Pan Pist is always an incredible experience, for 3 years now, when I am in these parts I never miss the opportunity to stop by! The menu is differentiated between "tradition" and "curiosity" allowing a wide choice of dishes for all palates. It is not a given to have this variety in an area where tradition is usually omnipresent (also very good). The service is impeccable and I particularly appreciate the kindness and friendliness of the staff

On the advice of our host and after some positive reviews we went to eat at Pan Pist. At first we had some doubts because of the location and because there were no other people to be seen but the man was super super friendly. He gave us the explanation in Italian and if necessary with the help of Google Translate. The food was really super super delicious! Too bad there were so few people because the service and the food were great!

I went to this gastronomic paradise last Sunday with my wife and a couple of friends. Everything was perfect. Food, tradition and novelty combine with the kindness and professionalism of the great Ferruccio who pleasantly accompanied our beautiful experience between one course and another. We will return!

Fantastic experience. The owner takes care of the meal from start to finish, enriching the courses with explanations and local traditions. Quality food and welcoming atmosphere, we will definitely be back.

I piatti proposti sono frutto di una attenta ricerca di materia prima di ottima qualità e si sente. Bella l'idea di proporre un menù tradizionale e uno di curiosità con innovazioni e abbinamenti estrosi. Il titolare mai invadente: appassionato del proprio lavoro e preparatissimo su vini e storia della tradizione culinaria piemontese sa guidare e suggerire piatti senza prevaricare i gusti dei clienti e che vino abbinare. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità offerta. Torneremo presto

La scorsa settimana abbiamo optato di fare tappa per pranzo in questo locale prenotando al telefono. Siamo stati favorevolmente colpiti dall'accoglienza, gentilezza e dalla presentazione dei piatti proposti (quasi un menù illustrato e spiegato bene). Complimenti veramente per il gustosissimo vitello tonnato e anche per i tajarin al ragù e gli agnolotti del plin. Qualità prezzo media: locale molto consigliato. Unico neo per rendere ancora più di qualità il posto: curate la parte esterna come quella interna.
