I piatti proposti sono frutto di una attenta ricerca di materia prima di ottima qualità e si sente. Bella l'idea di proporre un menù tradizionale e uno di curiosità con innovazioni e abbinamenti estrosi. Il titolare mai invadente: appassionato del proprio lavoro e preparatissimo su vini e storia della tradizione culinaria piemontese sa guidare e suggerire piatti senza prevaricare i gusti dei clienti e che vino abbinare. I prezzi sono in linea con la qualità offerta. Torneremo presto

Intimate environment, well furnished, excellent cleanliness. The menu includes a traditional menu and a menu of curiosity and innovation. Excellent raw material, portions that satisfy the throat and the sight for plating. you can see that behind each dish there is a lot of research into both quality and the unusual combination of ingredients. The owner is very knowledgeable in recommending wines to pair with the chosen dishes and in telling the story of traditional dishes. The service was accurate and attentive. The price is in line with the quality offered. Advised.

La scorsa settimana abbiamo optato di fare tappa per pranzo in questo locale prenotando al telefono. Siamo stati favorevolmente colpiti dall'accoglienza, gentilezza e dalla presentazione dei piatti proposti (quasi un menù illustrato e spiegato bene). Complimenti veramente per il gustosissimo vitello tonnato e anche per i tajarin al ragù e gli agnolotti del plin. Qualità prezzo media: locale molto consigliato. Unico neo per rendere ancora più di qualità il posto: curate la parte esterna come quella interna.

Today at lunch, entering this restaurant which from the outside seemed a bit anonymous, we were pleasantly surprised first by the welcome and immediately afterwards by the menu but above all by the food. you immediately feel welcomed and pampered Without intrusiveness...the dishes are traditional and some are innovative. This time we tried the traditional tasting menu...a heavenly stuffed onion, the perfect tajarin with ragù and the chicken with muscat, what can I say is a pleasure from times gone by. We concluded with a very good saffron panna cotta but I have to say for me the best was the bunet which "moved" me, taking me back to memories of my grandmother when she made a pudding with the same flavour, which I have never tasted since. Congratulations because Your passion for your work fully shines through, keeping the memories of the area alive... WE WILL DEFINITELY BE BACK 🌟

In your restaurant you really feel super pampered, with a warm, elegant and always appreciated welcome. Expectations (never in vain) that make you enjoy every moment, beautiful and delicious dishes: balanced in every way, top quality raw materials and a certain amount of art in production.
attentive and sweet service you feel pampered from start to finish:
we start with the menu which is masterfully praised by you Ferruccio who are a huge storehouse of experience and class.
To then move on to the wine list, also in this case I make use of your knowledge and experiences. and we always select excellent, indeed exceptional, wines that go with everything.
