Felt like a warm hug right after stepping inside. Really nice atmosphere and host, even though we didn’t have a common language. He still wanted to tell us details about the food etc., using translator and photo search. Food also 5/5.

It's inconspicuously located on the main street, but the restaurant experience is fantastic. Friendly, professional, and the food is a delight to the palate, beautifully presented. We highly recommend it.

A wonderful place: it's the second year that we come to the Langhe for the grape harvest and we never miss stopping by because the food is exquisite, accompanied by excellent wine, and the owner is truly a wonderful person.

Discovered this place by chance on Maps. There are several menus to choose from, including a sharing menu, where you can choose from all the dishes offered.
The latter features a selection of traditional dishes that promise a tasty experience. The vitello tonnato offers a classic and refined combination, with slices of tender meat accompanied by a creamy tuna sauce, perfect for starting the meal with a delicate yet bold flavor. The tajarin, handmade pasta, stands out for its rustic texture and authentic flavor, ideal for those who love the authentic flavors of local cuisine.
The standout dish, however, is the bocconcino stracotto al Barbera: the slow-cooked meat literally melts in the mouth, made even more irresistible by the accompanying Barbera sauce. This rich and enveloping sauce, with deep notes of red wine, enhances every bite, creating a perfect balance between intense flavors and a smooth texture, making it the true star of the menu. A delight not to be missed! To round things off, we enjoyed bunet, a traditional Piedmontese dessert that left a lasting impression. Made with cocoa, crushed amaretti biscuits, and milk, this dessert has a creamy, velvety texture, similar to pudding, with a hint of bitterness from the caramel coating. The flavor is rich and enveloping, with delicate notes of cocoa blending perfectly with the crunchiness of the amaretti biscuits, making it a perfect and authentic finish to the meal. A truly traditional delight!

Returning from vacation, we wanted to indulge in a few more hours of freedom. Lost in the wine country, this welcoming and elegant restaurant was a real surprise. Sublime food, meticulously explained on the menu, literally explodes in your mouth. The menu is divided between traditional and innovative dishes. A wide selection of wines and locally produced cheeses. Portions are more than generous. Special mention goes to the owner, who, without being intrusive, chatted with us on more than one occasion. A pet-friendly restaurant, for those of us who are never separated from our dogs. Highly recommended!

Il titolare mai invadente: appassionato del proprio lavoro e preparatissimo su vini e storia della tradizione culinaria piemontese sa guidare e suggerire piatti senza prevaricare i gusti dei clienti e che vino abbinare.
