Nice atmosphere, good food, poor service. At first they got the beer order wrong twice, then we discovered that the beer I had been offered wasn't even available. Once we finished eating we weren't even asked if we wanted a dessert or a bitter, we had to call the waiter ourselves. At the time of payment the staff at the cash register started talking on the phone while we paid. Overall little attention towards the customer. Since I can't answer directly, I'll edit my review. First of all, initially, when ordering, I was offered a Helles, very different from a strong ale, which was read to us directly from the menu since the site was not working (a point that I did not point out, it did not depend on you, it could happen to everyone). Nobody asked us for bitters or sweets but we were the ones who called a waiter dressed in black, young and with brown hair. Finally, I wrote this review to point out the points on which we can improve, absolutely not to do you injustice. I found your final comment out of place and very unprofessional.

Nice environment and always in step with style. Professional and always available staff. Varied menu offering a wide choice of categories but with always refined dishes. The slices and sandwiches they offer as starters are excellent, truly delicious pizza. The dishes are well prepared and with the right portions.
