Original and appetizing dish, the taste is there. But I find that the cooking of the octopus is not up to scratch. I also find that the quantities and the size are not in line with the price.

22/10/2025: A bistro offering high-end cuisine, traditional dishes presented in haute cuisine style, and excellent ingredients. And they also offer a few innovative and well-crafted pairings. Very attractive prices. A well-constructed wine list with reasonable markups.
23/09/2025: Delicious, beautifully presented food. The staff is attentive to the needs of customers with intolerances, such as gluten. Prices are reasonable for the quality of the food.

30/09/2025: Bar Victor is my favorite place for lunch in Chieri. Quality cuisine with menus for all tastes, but above all good food. Also excellent for breakfast and aperitif. Kind and efficient personality, what you need for a quality lunch break.
07/08/2025: We stopped in while visiting Chieri. Very nice, welcoming place. We ordered two iced coffees, excellent, really compliments. I saw they also served an aperitif, but I didn't partake. Highly recommended.
