Excellent pizza! Very light, easy-to-digest dough. Top-quality ingredients. The ambiance has also been revamped, making it a very welcoming place. The staff is courteous and friendly. Reasonable prices, considering it's centrally located. Less so than other pizzerias with less delicious pizzas! I'll definitely be back!

Under new management, some of the best pizza I've ever had. Friendly staff and managers, excellent service. Highly recommended. Six years ago, I left a 2-star review. Deleted and rephrased. Everything has changed. Congratulations.

Just returned from a fantastic evening at Palino, and I had a truly wonderful experience! The pizza was a true work of art: soft and fragrant dough, fresh ingredients like burrata, prosciutto, and basil made it irresistible. The presentation and balanced flavors were also excellent, from the first bite to the last. The atmosphere is welcoming and pleasant, and the staff was kind and attentive throughout the dinner. On a positive note: although we had to wait about 10 minutes longer than our reserved time of 8:30 PM, the service was still prompt, and the wait was more than worth it for the quality of the pizzas. These details demonstrate how popular and popular the place is: it's best to book! Fair prices for a high-quality experience. Highly recommended for both those who live in Palermo and those passing through. I'll definitely be back!

Mattia is a great expert on leavening and pairings. His creations were greatly appreciated by everyone at the table. The service from both the maître d' and the staff was excellent. The very central location is truly perfect. The photos I've attached speak volumes: quality, attention to detail, and flavor. The choice to produce a craft beer with its own label (made at the Canale brewery in Lercara Friddi) is also excellent.
