I spent ten days in this 3-star hotel for work reasons and the experience was truly excellent from every point of view. The structure is clean, tidy and well organized, ideal for those seeking tranquility and functionality during a prolonged stay. The room was comfortable, quiet and always well cared for by the staff. The service was always punctual and courteous, with great attention to the needs of the guests. As far as I'm concerned, the real strong point of the hotel is the restaurant: a real pearl that made every evening a special moment. The cuisine is surprising, with dishes taken care of in detail, fresh ingredients and combinations that were never banal. Each course was able to amaze me, thanks to the expert hand of the chef, who transmits passion and competence in every dish. Another aspect that I particularly appreciated is the underground cellar, well stocked and cared for, which offers a truly remarkable selection of wines. The staff is prepared and can recommend the right combinations, making the culinary experience even more complete. The restaurant added value to the stay, transforming a business trip into a pleasant and satisfying experience, with attentive service and a relaxing atmosphere. A special thanks goes to Chef Maurizio, for his professionalism, passion and care that he puts into every dish. He made every dinner a little show. I highly recommend this structure for both professional stays and moments of relaxation. I will definitely return.

I stayed for two days. The entire staff was very friendly and kind. The room was clean and old-fashioned. The best part was the restaurant! A wonderful experience.

A beautiful setting, well-kept dining rooms and attentive service

8 years ago we discovered the Hotel Ristorante Palazzo Quaranta in Isola Dovarese, but unfortunately we were only able to stay for one night. We have not forgotten this special place and have now returned for four nights. Since 2009, the owner families have managed to preserve the aura of the old palace and keep the beauty of the past alive. From breakfast to lunch or dinner, we once again experience cuisine at the highest level, without any pretension and retaining the naturalness and generosity of traditional hospitality. This is also evidenced by the fact that the bar is a lively meeting place for the residents of the village. Natural openness in the exchange with guests, trust and generosity characterize the accommodation as well as the hotel. We wish the “Quaranta” many more good years.
