Palazzina Selva - Venice Pavillon In Venezia

The Coffee Pavilion, part of the monumental complex of the Royal Gardens of Venice, is an elegant neoclassical construction by architect Lorenzo Santi. The building, which served as the park's cafehaus, is made of decorated and perforated Istrian stone and is topped by a central dome. Today, after a major restoration completed in 2019, it has regained its original function and houses a café open to the public.

Looks great from the outside but the stalls infront is ruining the view

So many people!! A bit too much for my taste. But otherwise quite impressive!

In reality, it's called the Santi Pavilion (named after the architect who designed it...) and it's not a tourist information center... It used to be an elegant café, now unused. It's a rare example (for Venice) of a neoclassical building.

Gorgeous area to be around. My daughter had a wonderful time feeding pigeons here with a large group of other kids gathered. There are many nice restaurants around. But really you could stand or slowly wander around the exterior of the buildings for a long time and see different details everytime.
