A very pleasant, uncomplicated place right by the sea. Good pizza, fritto misto, chocolate angel wings, and wine – all at reasonable prices. The service is friendly and relaxed; we felt truly welcome there.

Everything was good and the waiter was kind, the prices were excellent, it's a shame they don't have pizza with sausage and a swordfish sandwich.

The place is quite nice... Unfortunately, I didn't try the pizzas, which seemed like very good value for money at 5 to 6 euros... A carafe of wine at 8 euros a liter!! That's great! Disappointed by the cocktails... way too much ice... I'll come back without the cocktails...

We found this restaurant open after a stroll around Scilla. In the off-season, there are few tourists and therefore few restaurants open. We were so glad we found this one! The focaccia was excellent, the pizzas were good (though there are much better ones elsewhere), and the price was unbeatable: we highly recommend it!

A fantastic place. A smiling team. Professionalism in every detail. Even when it's fully booked, you can have your order delivered to your table in a matter of seconds. Delicious pizzas, sandwiches, panini, and bruschetta. Delicious drinks. I recommend ordering the typical Italian Negroni. A real hit. Lots of local customers. The prices are amazing!

After many years, the Derby dello Strait returns: Come on Messina, but welcome our cousins, children of my origins and of that surname (with the FIUMARA di MURO license plate) of which I will always be proud!! I love SCILLA, I was supposed to settle there, but there are those who didn't want it! I miss you, give my regards to the entire staff🥰

Excellent variety of appetizers. The cured meats are good, and the bruschetta and mixed fried food are excellent. Delicious pizza by the meter. The location and staff are top-notch! I'd love to come back.

20/10/2025: Good morning, Mr. Elio, I'd like to publicly reiterate my/our compliments for the dinner you brought us home on Saturday, May 7, 2022. Everything was delicious. You put a lot of effort into your work, and we were all very satisfied. Congratulations again, your restaurant will be my first stop as soon as I return to Gioiosa. Wonderful location! In the heart of Gioiosa! Everything was well-curated, down to the smallest detail! A true Gioiosan excellence! EXCELLENT food!
10/10/2025: This was close to where I was staying, so we went twice. The food was excellent. The new owners have redone the place and the appearance is very pleasing. There is almost always a party or wedding on weekends, which adds to the festive atmosphere. I had the seafood, and the pizza. Both were done to perfection.

03/08/2025: Simply wonderful, elegant, and welcoming. The mixed fried fish and pizza were delicious. Impeccable service; the waiters and waitresses were very kind, courteous, and fast. Perfect value for money! I recommend this place to everyone! ❤️
09/06/2025: The cured meats appetizer was truly excellent. The service was always impeccable. I enjoyed the pizza a little less because it didn't seem to be very salty, but that's certainly due to the excessive saltiness of the cured meats. Unique in some respects in the area.
