This is a real "Sincere" Roman pizza, a little thin, a little crunchy, a little toasted, with many options of Roman ingredients, but also easily digestible, you can see that it takes years of experience to get to the right balance and you can also see that they are always busy with a lot of work, so you should know that if you like Roman pizza like this I recommend it to you, for me it's good, but usually I personally go to buy the hot pizza made on the spot and I never find disappointments, I will absolutely go back!
