Very good and well cooked Roman pizza. The service was fast and the waiter was super friendly. I ordered pizza, beer, ice cream and coffee and spent less than 20 euros.

On Monday evening I went with my family and we had a good time, good food, kind staff, attentive and professional but not intrusive, a quiet environment even with several full tables, there was no confusion with people shouting or disturbing nearby tables. We will be back for the pizza

We were looking for a pizzeria restaurant near the Tor Vergata hospital to eat something after a visit and we found Paglia e Fino. After a call to book, they confirmed availability. As soon as we arrived, we were welcomed into a rustic and easy-going environment, very welcoming. We ate outside and the atmosphere was relaxed and pleasant. To start, we tried the fried foods: supplì, battered cod and Ascoli style olives. Everything was cooked exceptionally well, without being greasy. Then the pizzas arrived, a real surprise: thin and light, as the Roman pizza tradition requires. The dough was of the highest quality and easily digestible, without leaving that heaviness on the stomach that one can sometimes experience with pizzas. Browsing among the nearby tables, we noticed that the first courses also looked delicious and very abundant. This convinced us to return to try the cuisine too. The only negative we found was that they allowed smoking under the umbrellas in the outdoor area. Other than that, the experience was really positive. In conclusion, Paglia e Fino is a place without too many pretensions, but with an excellent quality of food. We will definitely be back to try other specialties. Recommended for those looking for a good meal in a welcoming environment near the Tor Vergata hospital.

The starter (buffalo mozzarella) and both the pizza and the hamburger were very good!

Abbiamo mangiato all'aperto non proprio l'ideale perché vicino alla strada. Il servizio è stato buono fatto salvo la portata dei primi piatti giunti con tempi diversi ai vari commensali. La cucina provata a base di pesce è stata buona, tutto cucinato veramente bene. Una cosa da non prendere è certamente il sorbetto al limone che tutto è ma certamente non un "sorbetto al limone". Prezzo alto rapportato a quello che si mangia.

Eravamo 10 persone, gli antipasto veramente scarsi, i primi abbastanza buoni mentre la carne nulla di straordinario. Abbiamo dovuto sollecitare piu volte per avere le bevande, tutti dicevano si ma nessuno le portava. Patate al forno riscaldate e quindi rinsecchite. Nulla di straordinario
