We are in Rome for a training weekend, the restaurant is recommended to us by the hotel where we are staying. We were super satisfied with the service from the very familiar and typically Roman environment, but above all we ate well and the price was honest! Don't miss the cacio e pepe flaky potatoes...superlative🤤Thank you Paglia and Fieno for giving us a journey into the warmth and Roman food

The meat was excellent, the service was poor and honestly also the cost, we paid €14 for practically non-existent service. I recommend it only for the meat, but if you want there are other places where you can eat it well and without paying excessive service like this.

Neighborhood restaurant with an informal atmosphere, honest prices and typical Roman cuisine. Definitely generous portions, especially for the pasta, as expected for this type of restaurant.

I went to this place with some friends and we had a really great time. The food is excellent both in terms of first courses and pizzas. Personally I recommend the “Paglia e Fieno” their specialty when it comes to pasta. Friendly staff, I will definitely come back

Cozy, family-run restaurant. One of the best Roman pizzas I've ever eaten, the cuisine is also excellent, the Paglia e Fieno specialty is absolutely worth trying. Quick service, with friendly waiters. Highly recommended!

22/07/2025: A sure thing, carefully prepared dishes and extremely friendly staff. Every time I come, it's a regular stop.
20/07/2025: Located in the Castel Romano outlet shopping center. Clean place, friendly and fast service. Good food, all good, nothing memorable but nothing bad either. Fair price for the location, where everywhere else is quite expensive. It's not one of those places where you'd leave home specifically to eat fish, but if you're in Castel Romano for shopping, it's one of the best places to go. The friendly staff is a plus.

12/06/2025: Simply the best pizza I've ever eaten! At Francesco and Renato you don't just eat a pizza: you live an experience. As soon as you enter, you are welcomed with a sincere smile and that warm and genuine atmosphere that makes you feel at home right away. But the real show comes when they bring you the pizza: a masterpiece of taste, balance and passion. The dough is light, fragrant, with that perfect crunchiness on the edge and a soft heart that melts in your mouth. The ingredients? Very fresh, carefully selected and measured with the mastery of those who know the art of pizza making like few others. I tasted one of their specialties and... nothing, I had to ask for seconds. Sincere compliments to Francesco and Renato: you can see that they put their heart into it, and the result is a pizza that you won't forget. I will go back, I will go back and I will tell everyone: if you are looking for a real pizza, this is the must-see.
11/06/2025: Very large and good pizza. The first courses are also plentiful and excellent. The only flaw is that there is no menu, it is not even provided on request. Honest prices
