Paglia e Fieno In Finale ligure

I went to dinner with my family at this restaurant. We had two appetizers (a farinata and anchovies), four first courses (maltagliati with clams, black spaghetti with trumpet mushrooms and cuttlefish, purple gnocchi with vegetarian sauce and salted ricotta), and two desserts (pistachio and Baileys tiramisu and a semifreddo with berries), two waters, and a beer, for a total of €105. The appetizers were very good, the first courses were good but nothing exceptional in our opinion, and the desserts, the semifreddo, was good, while the tiramisu, unfortunately, tasted like nothing. We had very high expectations, but we were a bit disappointed. The atmosphere, however, was very beautiful, and the staff was super kind and helpful.

Top!! Absolutely the best in Finale that I've ever tried. The quality of the ingredients and the dishes is excellent. The service is impeccable and exceptionally kind. The farinata and pasta dishes are spectacular. Come try them and you'll agree with me.

From the smile that greeted us, we knew we were in the right place. Everything was delicious, tasty, and unique, from the farinata appetizer to the fish-based first courses and the spectacular desserts. The place is welcoming and beautiful, decorated with stunning art photos. The prices are more than fair considering the quality. We'll definitely be back as soon as we have the chance.

In my opinion, this is the best restaurant in Finale Ligure! There's no tourist food here, but high-quality regional Italian dishes. It's great that they also offer vegetarian options! A very aesthetically pleasing restaurant, especially compared to the others. Very friendly staff.

Very nice place, where you eat well at fairly fair prices for Liguria. Slightly slow service and small initial mix-up because they hadn't marked my reservation (all resolved within 10 minutes). We will definitely be back

Ate very well I recommend for appetizer the sardines with purple potatoes very good, for the first course the trofie with pesto, the desserts very good.

We have been visiting the restaurant again and again for 3 years and find the food very good. Highly recommended and one of the best restaurants in Finale. Service and prices are reasonable for the good food. The wine is very good with fair prices. Bravo!
