My wife and I had a great time at Ristorante Pacifico Roma at Palazzo Dama. We enjoyed a couple of Aperol Spritz and some edamame beans in a beautiful setting.
A special thanks to the restaurant manager Leeroy for his hospitality and great recommendations. He made our visit even more enjoyable!

Pacifico restaurant is a truly unique setting. Located in a particularly beautiful area of Rome near Piazza del Popolo and the Tiber River, it is undoubtedly a venue with great taste and aesthetic culture. The hospitality is exemplary, with friendly and professional wait staff. The quality of the food and recipes is top-notch. The mixology corner and cocktail bar are equally top-notch. In short, the culinary experience is paired with a pleasure of drinking like I've rarely experienced in similar settings. Without a doubt, one of the best experiences I've ever had. Furthermore, they have a wonderful outdoor space with a pool that creates a unique atmosphere.

A classy restaurant in the center of Rome, with extremely precise staff who are attentive to the needs of their guests, even in complex situations. The Peruvian chef's menu is very good and interesting. Highly recommended for dinners and events.

Oh my - I thought the days of bad hotel restaurants were behind us. Not. We were a sophisticated group celebrating a birthday 7 guests squeezed onto a table - the same size as the one beside us occupied by a couple - the rest of the restaurant was empty. The booth seating upholstery was so poor our chins almost touched the table. We ordered. The order with wine and bubbles must have been at least one thousand euros. When the appetizer came we had to tell the maître d’ it was ridiculous- they couldn’t fit the food we had ordered on the table - We were told it’s always like that - we literally couldn’t raise an elbow to lift the cutlery - we were seated so close together - Then realizing we were unhappy the maitre returned —and suggested moving the adjacent oval table next to ours -two oval tables? So two of our party ended up seated separately. The food? Well it is not Peruvian. Ceviche does not make it so. The suckling pig was rubbery - inedible. The langoustine overcooked - The churros reheated ? One third of the appetizers were not available and eight o’clock on a Friday night - And the fresh catch of the day’ was the same fish already on the main menu - marinated. So where was the fresh fish? The whole experience was a costly mistake - and a real disappointment for the birthday person. If this restaurant was managed properly the moment our order was taken the manager should have acted to ensure our meal could be accomodated at our table. But this is the problem with hotel restaurants / the staff are not motivated. And the music is too loud…

We came here for a dinner on a Sunday night, day after valentines. Restaurant is obviously very beautiful but atmosphere was awkward. Music was so low that we had to whisper so others tables don’t hear our conversation. They didn’t have 2 things that I wanted on the already small menu. Food came before drinks, everything took forever to come. Drinks were underwhelming with barely any garnish. My fish was so dry I couldn’t eat it. They offered to bring me something else but I didn’t want it since it took forever for food to arrive in the first place so they offered an extra dessert for free which was nice, hence 3 stars. Also the bartender was so rude, he yelled at us not to take the pictures on the upper part of the stairs even if we were super quiet and respectful. Then after we asked him to take a pic of us, he was so annoyed, he took one and stormed away with a big sigh…we felt so uncomfortable. I had really high expectations for this place.

Perfect spot for a romantic dinner. We especially loved their cocktails and ceviche! 100% recommended. The service was 10/10, always attentive but never intrusive.
I want to give a special shout-out to the manager, Leeroy Wicki, who made us feel right at home and guided us through the menu, helping us choose the perfect order thanks to his extensive knowledge.
Thank you! We'll be back!

Really good, I'd say Peruvian cuisine with Japanese influences rather than a 50/50 fusion. I appreciated the choice to use local fish to represent certain dishes, like the typical Mediterranean amberjack. For the quantity, I find the prices a bit too high, but it's still worth it.
