Really good, I'd say Peruvian cuisine with Japanese influences rather than a 50/50 fusion. I appreciated the choice to use local fish to represent certain dishes, like the typical Mediterranean amberjack. For the quantity, I find the prices a bit too high, but it's still worth it.

A top-notch Peruvian restaurant. The ceviche was spectacular, incredibly fresh, and perfectly balanced in flavor. The Fassona beef tacos were absolutely amazing: original, carefully prepared, and truly top-notch. The staff was extremely kind and attentive, always present and precise, with great attention to every detail. Also noteworthy is the wonderful cocktail menu: in particular, I absolutely recommend the cocktail suggested by the waiter, a sort of reinterpretation of the Espresso Martini—really delicious, absolutely worth trying. An experience I recommend without hesitation.

This place is beautiful. We went there because we liked the atmosphere but we were happy to find out that the food was amazing too! The servers were also the nicest people, best service we've had in rome. They suggested us a great wine(they had affordable options too) and we loved one of the specials: tempura shrimp on a crepe(it was like a taco)

My wife and I are spending our last night in Italy at the Palazzo Dama before heading back to New York, and we randomly walked into the lobby bar at Ristorante Pacifico Roma after dinner — and wow, what a discovery. Matteo, the bartender and mixologist, is truly a master behind the bar. The creativity, precision, and passion he brings to each cocktail are on another level. Watching him work is like watching art in motion, and the flavors he creates make your taste buds come alive. Every drink tells a story, and you can feel his genuine love for the craft in every detail. We’ve had amazing cocktails all throughout Italy, but Matteo has set a new standard. He’s one of the best we’ve ever seen — friendly, engaging, and unbelievably talented. This experience was the perfect way to end our trip. If you’re in Rome, do yourself a favor and stop here. Ask for Matteo — you’ll thank me later.
