Not knowing the place at first I was hesitant, but considering the star we decided to give it a chance.
Well, what can I say…
Excellent experience.
We opted for two long courses and each dish was masterfully made, managing to express the best of each ingredient.
It was a beautiful experience that I recommend to everyone.

My husband loved the ambiance. It just wasn't for me. I'm in Italy surrounded by history and art, and this place was all about the modern. I get that the food has to take center stage, as the art we went to experience. But it just wasn't for me! The food was delicious. We opted for the medium journey with the drink pairings. Our favorite drink was the house fermented beet juice.

Truly impeccable experience. We celebrated a graduation here, giving the experience of a starry dinner. The service was excellent, the waiters were incredibly patient and extremely courteous, they explained everything perfectly and answered the questions posed by some of us who were a bit fussy. The tasting dishes were exquisite and special, the paired wines/cocktails very good. The atmosphere was very pleasant and everyone was very satisfied with the evening, including us who hosted. For the experience, the price was more than great!
(P.s. A big thank you to all the staff who also worked to get us a taxi late in the evening)
I really sincerely recommend it, a little pearl not to be missed

I was in November, first experience. I don't feel like giving a full score. A slightly minimalist location, an unwelcoming environment, everything was good but I wasn't particularly impressed by any of the dishes and I would have expected some dishes garnished with something seasonal: . Maybe worth trying again. Definitely deserving staff

Decent food at a nice price. The "non solo vino" pairing was odd; cocktails were mediocre and did not go well with the dishes.
Service was really bizzare. Door was locked and servers ignored us knocking on the door. We were also left to recover our own jacket from the closet and unlock that door on the way out.

First experience in a starred hotel. Really valid, I reserve another opinion as soon as I have made a comparison but I must say that the place was welcoming, the staff were kind and professional, the dishes well prepared and described very well. The only flaws are that you can't put a table for 4 people attached to a wall. The waiter had to pass in front to arrange the dishes and also found himself a little unprepared regarding the description and ingredients of the bitters. However, I repeat, a wonderful experience. 💯

Più che una cena un'esperienza: insieme ad amici abbiamo scelto il menù al buio con degustazione vini in abbinamento. I piatti sono stati tutti un'esplosione di sapori particolari e gusto a partire dall'entrée fino al dessert. Materie prime di qualità sapientemente lavorate e presentate: sono rimasta colpita dalla portata a base di ceci, un alimento semplice trasformato in modo sublime.
Servizio attento ed accurato ma non invadente in un ambiente elegante e dallo stile minimalista anche se a mio avviso, l'atmosfera generale risulta un po' fredda.
Complimenti allo chef (la stella Michelin è meritatissima) e a tutto lo staff di giovani molto preparati e professionali.

Meta fortemente voluta e pranzo spettacolare, tutto perfetto con un servizio di altissimo livello!
La filosofia di questo ristorante è ben chiara sin dall’inizio, lo chef dimostra di saper innalzare al top materie prime eccellenti.
Un percorso davvero magistrale con un pairing azzeccatissimo e una combo pane (tra i più buoni mangiati in assoluto) e lardo di colonnata da far impazzire.
Nota per le paste ripiene e per come in questo ristorante si trasformano i ceci in un capolavoro gastronomico.
Quando poi pensi che tutto volga al termine arriva il pastry chef che piazza un capolavoro folle che non voglio spoilerare, un dessert fuori di testa.
Bravissimi, è un arrivederci!
