Tried it as an aperitif, but it was a different choice to accompany the cocktail. Attentive and knowledgeable regarding intolerances, which isn't for everyone. Curious to try the brunch.

I had the pleasure of enjoying breakfast and drinks at CrAmbS Bakery in Novara, and it exceeded all expectations. The food was absolutely delicious and generously portioned, both satisfying and full of flavour while the drinks were refreshing and hit the spot. What truly made the experience memorable, however, was the exceptional service provided by our waitress, Olesia. She was warm, attentive, and impressively knowledgeable—not only about the local area, but also about Italian culture and a wide range of other topics. Our conversation with her was both enjoyable and enlightening. Her passion and thoroughness were evident in every interaction, making us feel genuinely welcome and well cared for. The setting of the restaurant was comfortable, with a calm and relaxed atmosphere that made it the perfect place to start the day. If I return to Novara, I would absolutely visit CrAmbS Bakery again. Highly recommended!
