Scandalous place, even worse food, 25 euros for two piadinas and a chip, all 4 girls are Peruvian, one of them cleaned the floor, with the same gloves she made my two piadinas, when I pointed it out to her she said I only cleaned with soap and water, precisely because she has soap on her hands she shouldn't touch the piadina, they give her the HCCP for free, and then we complain that they say young people don't want to work and when you go around you find these people... I hope the owner does something

The atmosphere and service were okay. The piadina was a bit empty (and considering the price, I would have expected more).

It has nothing to do with piadina romagnola, but it's delicious nonetheless. The girls who work there are kind and polite. We'll definitely be back (as we have been for years).

We dined at this piadina shop in Perugia, chosen primarily for its convenient location. There's plenty of parking outside, and the place also offers plenty of seating, so logistical convenience and well-organized. Our experience, however, was only partially positive. The food remains good: the piadinas we ate on-site were well-prepared and overall satisfying. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for the service. There was a lot of confusion when ordering. We requested drinks, chips, and other additions, but upon delivery, we realized that half of the items we'd ordered hadn't been included. The cashier didn't understand our requests, and we were forced to issue separate receipts to make up for the missing items, resulting in an avoidable waste of time. The biggest disappointment was with the piadinas we ordered for takeout. After finishing our meal, we waited about 40 minutes without hearing anything. When they called the staff, only then—almost at closing time—did they realize they'd been ready for at least 20 minutes, but had been forgotten and buried under takeout boxes. We hadn't been told anything. The result was inevitable: cold and inedible piadinas, a truly serious oversight considering we were the only ones in the place. In short, a convenient place with good products, but the staff organization definitely needs rethinking. It's a shame, because more attention would be enough to offer an experience worthy of the quality of the food.

4 stars only because there's always room for improvement. Excellent piadinas, especially the gourmet ones, excellent service, and a beautiful, modern restaurant in a great location with ample parking.

I went to lunch yesterday with my boyfriend, and everything went well. The piadinas were average; if they had menus, it would be better. The girls were kind and very attentive. Unfortunately, I witnessed a scene that made me feel sorry for the girls, as a rude woman started yelling at them, probably because of the high prices and the extra charge. I felt really sorry for the girls, as I've worked in the restaurant industry myself; unfortunately, there are too many people like her around.
