⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I tried these pizzas and was impressed by the quality of the ingredients. The dough is light and airy, but it's the toppings that make the difference. In particular, the pizza with turnip greens and almonds is enriched with a truly remarkable sun-dried tomato pâté: it adds a burst of flavor that pairs beautifully with the crunchiness of the whole almonds. The Capricciosa is also very good: you can tell they're not using the usual ingredients. The artichokes are tender and flavorful, and the quality of the prosciutto and mozzarella (with the burrata in the center topping it all off) is evident. At the end of the dinner, they recommended an amazing Polish pie (KARPATKA), which was amazing! Overall, an excellent experience for those looking for a carefully prepared pizza without too many frills, where the ingredients are the real protagonist. Recommended!

A very elegant and welcoming restaurant, with an attention to detail that's immediately noticeable. Francesca was incredibly professional, kind, and friendly, making the experience even more enjoyable. The service was quick and attentive. Excellent choice for meat and burger lovers, with truly tasty options, and a vast selection of desserts that are definitely worth trying. The only small drawback: parking is a bit tricky given the area, but it's definitely worth it. I'll gladly return!

The food is good, even though the menu isn't extensive. The quality-price ratio isn't right, in my humble opinion. Too expensive, you could spend less in the area for what we ate.

It's located in the heart of Palermo, but the place has a distinctive, original interior. I must say I felt very comfortable. The pizza is unexpected, light and easy to digest, topped with a balanced mix of quality ingredients. I'd venture to call it one of the best in the city. The staff is friendly and attentive, and the prices are commensurate with the location and the ingredients, so they're moderately high. I definitely recommend it!
