The quality of the fish is excellent: very fresh, expertly cut and served with great attention to presentation. The menu is rich, varied and well structured, ranging from the great classics such as sashimi and uramaki, to more original and refined creations, capable of surprising. A special mention goes to the tuna tataki and the miso soup, perfect balance Highly recommended

We had dinner a few weeks ago driven by the numerous positive reviews from our friends and we couldn't have made a better choice! We booked in advance, and I recommend you do so. When we arrived we were seated immediately and throughout the evening we could not help but appreciate the kindness and helpfulness of the staff! Complements indeed! The food is obviously of high quality and you can really notice the difference! We will definitely be back soon, and we can't wait!

A fantastic experience for the eyes and the palate, exclusive and in a very central position and among the least chaotic in the centre. A unique, very refined, modern and elegant environment, the feeling is very welcoming thanks also to the warm colors contrasting with the black. The dishes reflect the impeccable care of food, composition and aesthetics of Japanese culture. Coming here becomes a very versatile choice thanks to the American bar which allows you to taste excellent cocktails and lastly my word goes to the desserts which are really delicious. I hope you can linger many times in this uncommon place.

Good sushi, compliments to the service, it was very polite and fast after I told him we had a plane and we were in a hurry!

Very nice and elegant place in the center of Catania. Open kitchen, attention to detail. The service was very attentive and fast, the staff professional. The food was very good.. I liked some things a lot like the carpaccio with truffles, others less like the ravioli. Very expensive but use high quality products.

Sono una cliente affezionata, e apprezzo molto la cucina di Oxidiana, unico ristorante di sushi che frequento in città. Purtroppo durante le ultime cene -soprattutto l’ultima- il servizio si è rivelato fortemente carente. Ordini errati (non solo per il nostro tavolo ma per tutti) nessuna scusa dal personale, arrivi dei piatti scoordinati, e soprattutto -spiace dirlo ma è così- una cameriera che appariva non adeguatamente formata per un servizio all’altezza del ristorante, con un atteggiamento non cordiale e non proattivo. Siete un ristorante di alto livello, non potete permettervi personale non formato, perché la vostra clientela merita un trattamento all’altezza del vostro nome (e dei vostri prezzi). Lo dico con proposito costruttivo, perché ho sempre frequentato il locale, portando spesso amici e colleghi e vorrei continuare a farlo, ma facendo anche bella figura. Buon lavoro.
