24/08/2025: Amazing pizza. Tried 3 different pies and a saltimbocca I think it's called and every single one was so delicious, so well balanced, and just such an experience. The pizzaiolo here KNOWS what he's doing. He knows how to satisfy your salty, sweet, crunchy, soft, bitter, sour, umami, and creamy craving in 1 bite. Highly recommend it here. Pizza does not take long to make and cook, less than 10 minutes, and he was kind enough to give my husband and I a pie that was half 1 pizza and half another that we were undecided about. Very friendly chef.

20/08/2025: I was on my way to the thermal pools nearby terme di agnano. And I did not plan stopping by. But I smelled the pizza and come on, figured why not. SOOOOOO glad I did. The Pizzaiolo knows what he's doing. Flavors, right balance, he has it all mastered. Ask him for recommendations he's gone on competitions in Madrid and Las Vegas.
