Top pinseria! Quality products and original combinations. Prices are a little above average but are fully justified by the quality of the ingredients used. It's difficult to choose what to order, so we'll have to come back to try it. The area isn't the best, but who cares if you're coming here to eat?

I have been again to this beautiful place in the Portuense area. The cleanliness, the open kitchen and the details in the furnishings make it special and welcoming. We tried the new dishes of the house: the fig in batter which is served with an excellent raw ham (in Rome the fig is a must); we continued with three excellent pinse that the chef Fabrizio makes similar to a low and very digestible Roman pizza. The very good one on a red base with red prawns from Mazara del Vallo and the other white base with raw ham, figs, burrata and balsamic vinegar reduction. We concluded with an excellent Sicilian cannolo stuffed at the moment also excellent. The young and prepared staff complete an evening based on genuine and refined products. Thank you

We discovered this pinseria by chance and since then it has become a regular stop, both when we are in the area and when we want to treat ourselves to a special evening. The fried foods are excellent: crunchy, and prepared with great care and above all everything done by them. The pinse are the real strong point: the dough is very light and fragrant, seasoned with very fresh ingredients that can be felt with every bite. The quality of the raw materials is evident and makes each dish truly special. The environment is welcoming and the staff is always friendly and helpful, making the experience even more pleasant. You can see that here there is passion for what we do. Absolutely recommended for those looking for authentic flavors and excellent quality!

Assolutamente da provare. Ottime sia le bruschette dai gusti particolari, che le pinse, gustose e leggere. Birra artigianale dai sentori floreali e speziata.

L’altra sera sono tornato a mangiare da Ovale e come al solito non si smentiscono mai, ho provato in altri posti in zona, ma niente, sono assolutamente il meglio che potrete trovare; materie prime al top, prezzi giusti per la qualitá superiore offerta, ed un personale caloroso e gentile.
