We stumbled upon it by chance and it was a pleasant surprise. The pinsa was excellent, the ingredients were high-quality, and the staff was extremely friendly. Highly recommended.

I went there through word of mouth from friends. A very nice place with a delightful outdoor garden. We dined under a beautiful olive tree. The pinsa is really good with a crunchy and light dough. The toppings are excellent. I chose the pinsa regina with buffalo tomatoes and basil. Delicious and super digestible. The staff are really attentive and kind. We had a great time. A place away from the noise where you can spend a nice evening as a couple or with friends. Easy parking which is not cheap. We will definitely be back. A great discovery.

I visited this restaurant and immediately had the delightful feeling of being on vacation... Eating under a tree in such a discreet yet "just right" space gave me a wonderful feeling. The excellent food, the refined and sophisticated use of raw materials, the cleanliness, helpfulness, and courtesy of the owner—and all the staff—set the tone for everything else. I sensed all the passion that goes into making this place, even in the desserts, which lends a unique and strong identity to this business... and to those who are always striving to achieve new goals in their field through continuous study. Top pinseria! Quality products and original combinations. Prices are a little above average but are fully justified by the quality of the ingredients used. It's difficult to choose what to order, so we'll have to come back to try it. The area isn't the best, but who cares if you're coming here to eat?

I have been again to this beautiful place in the Portuense area. The cleanliness, the open kitchen and the details in the furnishings make it special and welcoming. We tried the new dishes of the house: the fig in batter which is served with an excellent raw ham (in Rome the fig is a must); we continued with three excellent pinse that the chef Fabrizio makes similar to a low and very digestible Roman pizza. The very good one on a red base with red prawns from Mazara del Vallo and the other white base with raw ham, figs, burrata and balsamic vinegar reduction. We concluded with an excellent Sicilian cannolo stuffed at the moment also excellent. The young and prepared staff complete an evening based on genuine and refined products. Thank you
