Excellent lunch in the company of dear friends, adorable low-temperature cooked bombetta (great idea) and the various pinsa on offer, all accompanied by an excellent wine recommended by the guys, clean place and welcoming staff, I will definitely be back!

Such a cute spot! I was staying outside the historic center and stumbled upon this charming restaurant near my hotel. There’s a chalkboard menu above the counter and a comfy dining room off to the side with fun artwork. It had “pugliese street food” and I had the pinsa margherita which was fresh, tasty, and the dough was fantastic. I wish I had been more hungry so I could have tried some of the other menu options. A glass of red wine made it even better. The server was wonderful. He was friendly, efficient, and really patient with my rusty Italian, even helping me with a few phrases.

Quite friendly service, but the quality of the meat is rather medium. Didn’t taste really fresh or was just from poor origin.

Gentlemen! Welcome to Puglia! Amazing quality of ingredients and perfect cooking. The menu even features hand-cut fassona! Leavenured with sourdough starter... And here I thought I'd walked into a fast food restaurant or something... Rating 10... Oh, I had a Primitivo wine by the glass worthy of its name! I'll be back...and they still have to put up the sign outside! Recommended.

Excellent food, nice place, good service, the only thing I booked with the fork with a 20% discount... but it was not applied, we noticed it at home, we thought it was automatic.
