I had read comments that they made good sandwiches and especially good burgers. You know, in the vast world of burgers you can hear all sorts of things. In a hurry I wanted to try it to take home. Meanwhile they ask you first the degree of doneness of the meat, when has this ever been heard of. The basic burger has 200g plus salad and cheese. Then add. I added caramelized onions and gherkins. Well shit, the gherkins were comparable to Zuccato (for the unfamiliar the best in jars and of various sizes), crunchy, full. Real onions, homemade and good. Everything top quality. I don't like to be an absolutist but I have to say the best burger I ate in Genoa (just so as not to exaggerate).

Very friendly staff, also open on Sundays, a rarity for Genoa, especially not in the centre. 😊
