Thanks to a beautiful sunny day, we enjoyed an excellent lunch in the outdoor area facing the beach.

Good food, normal prices.. However it is a kiosk, not a real restaurant. But I'll go again

A must every time I go to Cagliari, I don't know what it's like in summer but in December it's fantastic to eat fish dishes on the beach and under the sun. The food is very good and the portions are generous.

Excellent lunch by the sea. Fast service and well-made and tasty first courses. The dessert wasn't bad either. Maybe a little expensive but it was worth it.

despite being from Cagliari I had never frequented this kiosk on Poetto beach, following the advice of some friends who had represented the excellent cuisine and excellent service, today 26 December I decided to spend a few hours at the seaside and have lunch at the otium. Indeed the restaurant service is more than excellent, we had fried calamari, which is never easy to cook, with perfect browning and very fresh calamari. Another ultra positive note is the service: excellent and not understated, in fact, despite the place being full both inside and outside, we were served in a very fast and professional manner. Congratulations, we will definitely be back

Went here to celebrate our anniversary with my partner. She recommended me to visit this restaurant. I can see why. The food is amazing, we ordered mussels and local traditional pasta (can't remember the exact name). Everything tasted great. I have to even say the bread rolls that was served were the best tasting bread I've ever had in any restaurant. Warm and nice and soft (most restaurants I've been to in the past were cold and hard bread). Prices are decent especially if you are a tourist and they have English written in the menu if you can't read/speak Italian which was great. It is possible to either have a seat indoor or outdoors. There's lots of shade available when choosing to sit outdoors which is great. There are toilets also available. I'd give it a full 5 stars, but my only complaint was that the waiters who are very friendly, took a while to come to our table. We had to ask the waiter to come over.

Great food, fantastic location, excellent service!

My sister and I cisited this place yesterday for lunch, my sister ordered misto fritto and I ordered spaghetti with shellfish, when our dishes arrived we both smelled something funny but we thought it was normal for seafood, as we never had shellfish, also thought like why should they serve it if its bad? They should know whats good and bad... anyhow we ate and after 2 hours i felt sick, i got food poisoning from the spaghetti with shellfish, threw up 5 times, thank God i didnt have to go to the hospital, but it ruined the rest of our day in cagliari.... just be careful and follow your instincts as it might ruin your vacation....
