Hotel found at the last minute due to a delayed flight, chosen for its access to the spa... but we learned the day after our arrival that the spa was inaccessible! Clean room, easy access to public transport. Very basic breakfast, no restaurant in the hotel. Decent staff. Mediocre stay...

I found myself in urgent need of hotel accommodations and booked a room at this hotel near the airport. Even though it was the middle of the night, the receptionist Sandro helped me promptly and professionally, resolving a tricky situation with great helpfulness and understanding. It's truly a pleasure to see such expertise and compassion in the service, and I'm extremely grateful to him.

I stayed here for a day because of a flight cancellation, but the kindness of the staff made me feel better. When I checked out in the morning, they gave me coffee and I stayed there for a day. Thank you! Good coffee! Good service! Kindness Staff! Everything is perfect! Grazie!

14/09/2025: Excellent coffee that pairs well with fresh pastries. I had a very fresh lobster, and it's not always like this—crisp and freshly made. I stand by my opinion of the coffee shop and small pastries.
22/08/2025: Sargenti is right under my house, and all the food has always been good—the desserts, the maritozzi, the fruit ones, and especially the ice cream, delicious. The coffee is very good, and the staff are very friendly, and the service is both inside and out. Highly recommended. Don't listen to the horrible reviews. It's very good.
