Nice restaurant, with the right price, in the center of Piombino (delicious place). The location is beautiful, right in the center, and the place is gorgeous! The food: 5 super deserved stars, everything very good, and, finally, someone who doesn't fleece you, but thinks of you. Friendly and helpful staff, and nice, which doesn't hurt, on the contrary... In conclusion: I highly recommend it, I hope to return as soon as possible, and I hope that other people can go and appreciate the Volturno. Congratulations to everyone.

The place was nice, the staff were friendly but the price was too high for what we ate: two first courses, two fried foods, two glasses of wine and a water, €80, I find really excessive. The fried foods were good, medium portion, the seafood first course was a little salty. Prices are probably average for Piombino but remain excessive in my opinion.

Astonishing experience! Very authentic and "local". We walked into a restaurant on a hot summer day, with some local elderly people sitting outside enjoying the sun. Inside - it looks like a very old and authentic restaurant. We caught a glimpse of the kitchen however - very clean and modern. The food portions are LARGE, so Id suggest getting a few to share. Overall a great place!

04/12/2024: Locale che è la storia di Livorno, la località Cisternino era il "fuori porta" dei livornesi negli anni 60/70; Luca ed Emiliano, figli di Aurelio, hanno ripensato il locale trasformandolo in un osteria con prodotti di alta qualità, sia che si tratti di salumi e formaggi, ma anche pasta e carni, per non parlare degli oli dove qui si possono assaggiare davvero le migliori bruschette di Livorno; il forno a legna alza ancor di più il valore di detti prodotti, una sola parola....Bravi
30/08/2024: Ottima qualità del cibo, affettati, formaggi, porchetta fatta da loro, l'unico neo: i prezzi. 15 euro per un etto di prosciutto, una mozzarella e un quartino di vino....
