There are already several occasions in which we have dined (but also had lunch) in this welcoming place. I have always found the cuisine to be extremely pleasant, made up of typical specialties but also of original interpretations, always excellently presented. The quality of the raw materials is indisputable, as is that of the preparations. The choice of wines is sufficiently wide: a selection of excellent labels, perfect for offering the right choice without overly complicating it... with an eye also to the excellent bulk wines... Francesca then has a fantastic way of welcoming and entertaining customers and, I am sure, she will always have a little something extra for each customer. Try it and then let me know...

Everything was excellent, starting from the kindness of the staff to the excellent dishes. We had our dog with us who was welcomed and spoiled with biscuits :) We stopped for lunch on our way to Genoa and opted for the lunch menu formula: two dishes of your choice for €25 and one dish of your choice for €15 with water.

Menus available at €15 (a first or second course, water and coffee) or €25 (2 dishes, water and coffee). House wine available in bulk. Generous portions.

Excellent tavern in the heart of the town, in the central Via Berthoud. Quiet environment, without too many frills, basic but welcoming. Very friendly staff and attentive to meeting our needs. I opted for some excellent ravioli with ragù and fassona stew (really a lot, perhaps too abundant if preceded by the first course), shame it wasn't accompanied by polenta otherwise it would have been the best. Price appropriate for how much we consumed.
