Excellent tavern in the heart of the town, in the central Via Berthoud. Quiet environment, without too many frills, basic but welcoming. Very friendly staff and attentive to meeting our needs. I opted for some excellent ravioli with ragù and fassona stew (really a lot, perhaps too abundant if preceded by the first course), shame it wasn't accompanied by polenta otherwise it would have been the best. Price appropriate for how much we consumed.

Found by chance… a beautiful discovery! Excellent dishes, with very generous portions.. simple, nice and tidy environment. And then there's her... the girl who waits at the tables... wonderful! Friendly and always with a smile! We will definitely be back..

With my daughter we had lunch in this simple spartan tavern serving typical Piedmontese cuisine frequented by locals and located in the center of Serravalle with an internal lounge and several internal tables. At lunch they have 2 fixed menus, one of 25 euros with a first course, a second course plus 1/2 liter of water and cover charge and the other menu of 15 euros with a first course of 1/2 liter of water and cover charge. We chose mandillos with pesto and Piedmontese perbureira as first courses, which is a typical dish from the village of Rocca Grimalda with homemade pasta, beans, bacon and aromatic herbs and as second courses two veal with tuna sauce. Finally, for dessert, a lemon sorbet and fruit salad. Everything was good, plentiful, delicious and the only waitress in the room was Francesca, truly a loving person, welcoming, smiling, competent, friendly, helpful and the service was attentive and a little slow due to the fact that there is only Francesca and the prices are fair. Piccolo locale in centro a Serravalle. Accogliente, anche se la stufa faticava un po' a riscaldare l'ambiente. Ma è l'unica nota "negativa", perché per il resto tutto perfetto: cibo ottimo, vino buono, tanta cortesia e simpatia. Conto assolutamente più che adeguato. Spero di tornarci! Consigliatissimo!!
