We arrived practically at opening time, and the staff expertly served the baby's pasta first, followed by the meat: a 55-day-aged rib-eye steak and a sliced ​​steak. The cooking and presentation, and consequently the perceived flavor, are worthy of a proper steakhouse and reflect a passion for this type of cuisine, which is truly not for everyone. The pasta was prepared according to the Italian tradition. The staff is friendly and approachable. The management's skill is also reflected in the restaurant, whose (high) hygiene is hard to match in the area. You couldn't ask for better: if you want to break away from the sea and fish, this place is definitely for you...your inner wolf will undoubtedly thank you.
