Osteria Vicosulis In Cagliari

I had dinner in this restaurant during a short holiday in Cagliari. The restaurant is small and intimate, and is located inside an ancient building. The dishes are fresh and respect the Sardinian tradition. The polite kindness of the manager really put us at ease. Excellent quality/price ratio and not negligible, given the centrality of the area. Recommended for those who want to eat traditional Sardinian dishes.

At the foot of the bastion in Cagliari we found this small but welcoming place where we rediscovered the pleasure of immersing ourselves in a private environment where we can enjoy dishes as if we were at home. We really appreciated that. The menu is very genuine without following current trends. We had the opportunity to taste the stuffed culirgiones, the chicken Cacciatora accompanied by Schiscionera potatoes, polenta and pappardelle with ragù... all cooked perfectly. The service is prompt and courteous to its guests. A tavern where you can rediscover the tastes of the past while sitting together at the table. We recommend it and will definitely return.

Found by chance during a nice walk in Cagliari. Quiet place, friendly and discreet staff. We took a platter, snails with sauce and the house tiramisu, wine, water, bitters and coffee. Everything excellent!! We will definitely be back to try the culurgiones and other typical dishes which looked great. Highly recommended.

Be careful, very small portions. If you're really hungry, you won't be satisfied here... at least not at a fair price. Otherwise the food was typically Sardinian and tasted good. But for €13 you only get 6 small ravioli. Unfortunately the bread was very dry.

Located in an almost hidden corner in the heart of Cagliari, it is a real success!! Excellent food, very good presentation of the dish, exquisite and authentic flavor, exactly what I was looking for. The Cannonau of the house... really very good.

Absolutely positive experience, delicious colurgiones and the goat really fantastic, tasty and very soft... really compliments, if I have to find a flaw maybe a few more slices of cold cuts in the starter. But we will definitely be back, everything was positive!!!!!

Quaint, traditional restaurant on a hidden side street. At first glance it seems rather inconspicuous. Inside, everything is furnished in a classic Sardinian style. The menu is manageable and mainly has traditional, home-made dishes. We had an appetizer platter, tagliatelle with ragu and the ravioli. For dessert, the Sardinian cookies and chocolate puffs. Everything was very tasty. We really liked the atmosphere. There was good music playing and the waiter was attentive and courteous. The price-performance ratio was reasonable. We can only recommend a visit.
