A typical Florentine dinner. Fresh and delicious pasta. The octopus carbonara and the ravioli with burrata and shrimp were 10/10. Friendly, fast, and warm service.

Forget all the famous restaurants everyone raves about as Florence's best; this place is a legend. Everyone else asks me to write reviews for other places, but since this is a local favorite, this isn't a forced review; I am writing it 100% out of my own accord. To all Koreans in Italy who are tired of pasta, please, please try the Vongole. The umami flavor is legendary. I wanted to scrape every last bit off the plate and bury my face in it to lick it clean, but I held back to uphold the dignity of Koreans. The Ragù also had the best harmony between the noodles and sauce among all the places I've eaten elsewhere. I really want to try all the other pastas, but it’s a shame I couldn't...

Returning here after 3 years and finding the food just as incredible, if not even better, was such a special experience. This is absolutely one of my favorite restaurants in Florence. The Fagotti Cacio e Pere is genuinely one of the most memorable and unique pasta dishes I’ve ever had. The balance of creamy pecorino, pear, honey, nuts, and fruit sounds unusual on paper, but somehow every flavor comes together perfectly. It’s a dish I still remembered years later and was excited to order again the moment I came back. The service was fantastic from start to finish, and the atmosphere is equally unforgettable. The restaurant sits on a quiet street that makes you feel like you’ve stepped into a smaller Italian town away from the crowds, which adds so much charm to the experience. Even the limoncello stood out, served ice cold in chilled glasses, which made it feel extra refreshing and authentic. Everything about this place feels thoughtful, warm, and genuinely special. Easily a 5-star experience and a restaurant I’ll recommend to anyone visiting Florence.
