The osteria is located on the first hill of Rapallo. It's far from the center and the seafront, but therefore quieter. The rustic location, inside an old stone mill, is beautiful! It also has a large outdoor area, very charming, although a bit humid, overlooking a small stream (watch out for mosquitoes!!). It's lovely to have lunch or dinner with the sounds of nature in the background! It offers traditional Ligurian cuisine, predominantly meat-based. Everything is cooked authentically, making it feel like home! Quality ingredients. Friendly and helpful staff. The prices are fair and definitely more affordable than those in the center.

Forget everything you're served in Rapallo. If you appreciate authentic, honest, homemade cuisine, you've come to the right place. The service is prompt and very attentive. From antipasti to desserts, everything is highly recommended. Clean shop, decent prices. Worth every cent.

Here we are again, a must-visit for a summer dinner, and as usual, everything was excellent. We were welcomed by the fantastic Roberta, the friendly and welcoming hostess. Dinner was in a fantastic setting, the place was packed, and the service was impeccable. Needless to say, we ate deliciously. Highly recommended.

The dishes were a bit late, but it was worth the wait. The first courses were truly excellent, as were the second courses and desserts. The appetizer was very simple but very Ligurian. A top location, especially for a quiet, cool escape.

17/10/2025: The room was too noisy due to two rude tables of 10. Some issues with the delivery of the requested wine to the table, a 20-minute wait. No complaints about the food.

By bike. 😃 Local raw materials prepared with skill and attention. No detail is left to chance. On the table and in the service, everything is perfect. From the bread to the glasses, from the clear and comprehensive menu to the extensive wine list on a tablet. Look, the wines are top-notch, Matteo is an "Indiana Jones" of wine research, and the guy who works with him in the dining room is capable of explaining in an almost poetic way the provenance and characteristics of any wine so that tasting becomes almost unnecessary.
