Osteria Vecchia Valle In Borgo priolo

24/06/2025: This was part of our groups motorcycle ride in Arkansas and after some fun backroad riding we got to enjoy Deluca’s! A couple of our group had eaten here before and it was well worth the ride and heat. The place was crowded but the staff got our 12 seats at a table quickly and the staff was right there ready to get our drink orders. All of the drinks came out quick as did refills (much appreciated after being on the bike in 90’ heat). Apps came out as well and were very good. Garlic bread was awesome. Pizza was up next and as a Philly/South Jersey boy born and raised it was real dam good pizza. We had the pepperoni and meatball which was perfectly cooked. Char was spot on, the slice passed the no bend test and the cheese did not slide off into your mouth or off the slice like napalm onto your hands or mouth! So good…! We found out that One Bite had been here and gave it a 8.7 outta 10 so nailed it! Kudos to Deluca’s and staff for in the heart of Hot Springs is some pretty dam fine East Coast pizza!

23/06/2025: De Luca’s was great! We had the Benny Briggs Pie, the Zach-N-Cheese, and the focaccia sticks. The zach-n-cheese is a must buy for an appetizer; the focaccia sticks were also great - very light and airy. The pizza was also great, plenty enough for four people to eat and have leftovers. We will probably order extra cheese next time for the pizza, but other than that it was great! Definitely get there a bit early and check for a wait because they stay BUSY. A 30-45 minute wait seems pretty common, but its close to historic downtown Hot Springs, so you have plenty of places to mosey while you wait. They also have indoor and outdoor waitlist seating if you prefer to stay there. They did not have a lot that we could find- there is paid street parking close to the building and free street parking a little walk away. There isn’t a sign on the front of the building, so it can be a bit hard to spot from the street.
