Amazing restaurant, excellent cuisine, and a small but very welcoming space. The lamb stew is especially worth trying. Price per person is around €20 (including a main course and side dish, water, and cover charge).

Delicious Crescia (fantastic herbs), great moka coffee, and a kind and friendly service lady. A genuine place.

Excellent food, especially the charcuterie board. Friendly staff. Great value for money.

In the heart of Urbino's historic center, right across from the Duomo, this little restaurant is in the perfect spot. Two of us, without a reservation, hungry and tired, found a table thanks to the kindness and helpfulness of the waiter. We didn't have any great expectations, just a quick bite to eat, a bit of rest, to charge our phones and continue our tour of the old town. Despite everything, we were served promptly, ate better than expected, and paid a pittance. Nothing special, but an ideal little spot for a refreshing break right in Piazza Duomo with the Palazzo Ducale opposite. Satisfied!!

We booked dinner for four. The atmosphere was pleasant, but very cramped. As soon as we arrived, we noticed a glass and a full place setting were missing, but they were brought to us immediately. We were confused when choosing wine, as there was no specific wine list, and the waiter was unable to help us, so much so that we had to offer a bottle ourselves. The first courses were very good and of high quality. Unfortunately, they were served without removing the cloches on top, which, given the limited space, were quite cumbersome. The second courses were unremarkable, but overall good. The waiter seemed surprised by our request for four dishes instead of just two, given the slight grimace he made when making the request. We noticed the staff was very hasty in clearing our table for closing, while we still had to finish our wine. However, all in all, the service was at least polite and friendly.

We found this place by chance. We had a WONDERFUL meal! My tagliatelle with porcini mushrooms and fossa cheese was the best I've ever had, with generous chunks of fresh porcini mushrooms, sliced ​​lengthwise... the duck was delicious and plentiful. Excellent value: two first courses, a second course, and two glasses of wine for a total of €25 per person (even considering the high quality of the dishes). Highly recommended!!!

Small but nice, nice ambience, delicious food, very friendly staff

Il cibo è di ottima qualità. Tagliere di affettati e formaggi ottimi. Immancabile crescia e verdure grigliate strepitose. Il dolce, una frolla con ricotta e visciole veramente al top. La posizione è eccezionale, di fronte al Duomo e anche il rapporto qualità/ prezzo è perfetto. Il servizio simpatico. Unico appunto forse andrebbero rivisti gli arredi, non comodissimi.

Curiosi di provare qualche ricetta tipica della tradizione gastronomica di Urbino abbiamo scelto questa piccola osteria che propone agli avventori sia tavoli all’interno sia all’esterno riparati da un gazebo a due passi dalla cattedrale di Santa Maria Assunta. Il locale è un po’ angusto arredato con svariate bottiglie e casse di vino ma, ad onor del vero, le opzioni presenti nella carta dei vini non rispecchiano ciò che è visibile ad occhio. Lo staff è giovane e, a parte qualche piccola imprecisione, i ragazzi sono stati gentili ed educati. Il menù non offre troppa scelta, cosa che non è sempre un male anzi, focalizzarsi solo su alcune ricette, spesso risulta una strategia vincente. Tra le opzioni abbiamo ordinato un tagliere rustico con una scelta di salumi ed affettati impressionante per poi proseguire con una chitarrina di grano arso con goletta e formaggio di fossa. La mano in cucina ha esperienza e la selezione degli ingredienti è certamente accurata. Passo falso sul secondo dato che abbiamo trovato la carne oltre il giusto punto di cottura e poco saporita. Le porzioni sono abbondanti ed i prezzi onesti, sicuramente un’ottima scelta per chi non ha troppe pretese ma molta fame.
