This restaurant is worth every trip! The food is an extraordinary taste experience, combining traditional Italian cuisine with new interpretations by the talented chef. The service is excellent and skillfully bridges language barriers. Order the Pasta Assassina!

Very interesting little place... I arrived here without great expectations, but I found a place with incredible attention to taste and detail. My girlfriend and I ordered the six-course mixed antipasto platter, and the taste and the attention to flavor contrasts in each appetizer were incredible. The first courses were also truly excellent and sophisticated, finishing with a classic dessert, tiramisu—a truly delicious tiramisu. What's most impressive is the incredibly competitive price, dishes crafted with a flair that's reminiscent of even renowned restaurants with some national/international recognition. However, six appetizers, two first courses, one dessert, water, and a cover charge for two came to barely €50... I'll definitely return, a little gem in a "lost" village.
The only flaw is that I realize this isn't the kind of place for large groups. The place is cute and themed, but quite small, and in my opinion, incapable of handling tables of 12-13 people, but obviously, that's not their intention. Really satisfied, 5 well-deserved stars.

Wonderful experience, excellent food, and knowledgeable staff. The dishes are well-crafted and elegantly presented. The assassina with stracciatella and tarallo was excellent, and it arrived on the plate with a flame. Congratulations!

Very clean, well-kept, and unique.
The staff is friendly and welcoming. Their six-course antipasti platter, "tenea e mare," for the modest price of €16, is a must-try.

A pleasant surprise in the Alto Salento area where veganism seems like blasphemy. This land is brimming with excellent vegetables and semolina pasta, so including vegan options on the menu should be disarmingly simple... yet, it's hard to find one. Well, we called and asked about vegan options, and they were willing to listen. Not only that, but the chef welcomed us and listened to us, preparing a delicious dinner with local ingredients. Plus, we had the pleasure of being served by Linda, a young woman who knows how to handle bottles and pay attention to the customer—not something you can take for granted in these parts. So, if you're in the area, call and book: you'll have a pleasant experience!

Excelente comida que estaba muy bien presentado. El personal de espera era extremadamente paciente, agradable ( ninguno de nosotros habla italiano ) y eficiente.
Podemos recomendar el entrante de yegua + tierra, las ollas de carne de bacalao y los platos de espagueti "encendidos".
Nuestra mejor experiencia gastronómica italiana hasta ahora y esperamos volver antes del final de nuestras vacaciones

Vengo almeno una volta l’anno in questo piacevole locale di questo meno piacevole paese, noto per il numero ingiustificabile di venditori d’auto e per la sua urbanistica veramente bizzarra. Io ristorante e’ anch’esso un po’ stravagante, ma nel senso buono. Il menù è originale, non privo della sua ricercatezza, con la formula ancora sconosciuta in questa terra dei menu monografici. Carine le sale, gentile il servizio, prezzi bassi.
