Ottima osteria sul lungomare di Ostia con piatti a base soprattutto di pesce. Piatti molto buoni. Personale gentile e simpatico. Ambiente eclettico e colorato. Locale non enorme, quindi abbastanza tranquillo dove si può chiacchierare tranquillamente.

Complice le ottobrate romane, ed avendo deciso di mangiare all'aperto, trovandoci nella zona centrale di Ostia abbiamo optato per questo locale. Roberto il titolare un vero professionista ne consigliare sia per il cibo che il vino. Lo consiglio e ci torno sempre molto volentieri

26/08/2024: Al Bisbe 4 in Alghero is a real discovery for those looking for an authentic culinary experience outside the tourist box. While maintaining a bill in line with the other restaurants in the area, here you will find a menu that stands out for its originality and quality. The starters are delicious and well prepared, but it is in the main courses that the restaurant gives its best. The culurgiones are unmissable, tasty and well balanced, as is the pecorino, which is a triumph of local flavours. Even the desserts are no exception, with proposals that end the meal in style. Ultimately, Al Bisbe 4 has nothing to envy of the more renowned restaurants nearby: here you can breathe authenticity and passion for cooking.
