Osteria Taviani In Bientina

A very romantic restaurant with just a few tables in a historic villa in Bientina. A husband and wife team run the place. She serves impeccable, attentive service, always with a smile. He's in the kitchen, preparing incredible dishes. The menu changes and focuses primarily on meat and game, cooked with incredible finesse. A special mention goes to the reinterpretation of the "typical liver crostini," which is truly exceptional. It's become one of my all-time favorite dishes! (And I don't like livers!). Excellent wine list with a very fair markup. We've already been back and will be back again! Highly recommended.

What can I say? We're now regulars, and despite the many visits, they still manage to surprise us. The pairings are always spot-on, the dishes are balanced, and the atmosphere is relaxing and convivial. In short, our favorite place.

Simply perfect We spent a wonderful evening in the garden of Osteria Taviani with our friends (10 people). Elena is a wonderful hostess, the food is excellent, the homemade bread and wines are superb, and the bistecca fritta is a dream! We'd love to come back.
