Osteria Taviani In Bientina

Wonderful experience! We went to Osteria Taviani for an important event, an intimate environment where courtesy, excellent wine and refined food made the day unforgettable. It's difficult to choose which dish to put first among all the delights tasted! The dishes conquered the palates of all the guests. We can't wait to return

We missed the Taviani tavern and coming back was really pleasant because everything was perfect. The new location is really beautiful and is the setting for excellent dining. Personally, among the various courses, I found the risotto truly remarkable. a round of applause for everyone!

Praise for this restaurant, you can see that they love what they do and they absolutely convey it in their dishes and service, in love with risotto, something sublime and an unforgettable flavour! I highly recommend it!!! Intimate and very elegant location.

Il ristorante si trova all’interno di un’elegante palazzina ristrutturata di recente in un quartiere residenziale poco distante dal centro di bientina. La sala principale è molto intima, pochi tavoli, luci soffuse. La sensazione è quella di essere ospitati in casa. Il menù propone 3 opzioni di degustazione da 4,5, e 6 portate. La degustazione va ordinata dall’intero tavolo, ma mi piace molto l’idea che il menù possa essere composto a piacere dai commendali, sulla base delle proposte in carta. Il menù prevede alcuni piatti di cacciagione ed altri un pochino più innovativi, tenendo però sempre conto della stagionalità e della territorialità. Il servizio è presente, attento e cordiale. I prezzi adeguati alla qualità. Ho adorato il risotto con porri e animelle: vellutato, avvolgente, animelle cotte alla perfezione. Per non parlare della quaglia ripiena di pane e lardo servita con rape spadellate e pure di sedano rapa: perfetto il connubio tra le rape amaricanti e la carne succulenta, il purè di sedano rapa nel finale e’ una carezza per il palato. Ristorante intimo e nascosto da riprovare a ogni cambio di stagione!

Osteria located inside a very beautiful Art Nouveau villa. The room where we had dinner was small and very intimate. Good food and the owner very nice and attentive to customer care. Amazing homemade bread. Fair price.

The new headquarters is even more beautiful and particular. The dishes and the service, as usual, never disappoint.
