What can I say every time we come to Caselle the obligatory stop is at Tancredi!!! Angelo with his friendliness and experience makes you laugh and eat really well!! If you go to eat at his place you won't be disappointed I assure you!!!

I ordered "the precourse", as they call it, of 36 small courses of various products all at 0 km, grown or chosen in the area by Tancredi (which is a surname in this case) really good, quality products first quality in a relaxed environment where even my dog ​​was welcomed with tranquility without being looked down upon with me sometimes it happens really recommended at a high level....

For several years now, every time my boyfriend and I pass through Cilento we have the Tancredi tavern as an obligatory stop. With its tasting formula that allows you to taste a bit of everything without getting bored and at the same time leave with a full belly (very full but never disturbed); with traditional dishes, sometimes revisited in a never predictable way; with an innkeeper with a capital "O" who accompanies you explaining the entire process of production and processing of the products of his land with availability, frankness and confidentiality, this little perched gem of Caselle in Pittari is absolutely not to be missed.

First time in this tavern. Excellent experience. Welcoming and engaging staff. I let the host choose the direction of the dinner and I am fully satisfied. The perception is attention to detail and to the customer. Room and services perfectly in order.

Every year the Osteria Tancredi represents a fixed stop for me and my friends, our pilgrimage on the journey of flavors that Angelo offers to his guests. And I would like to underline the word 'guest'. Anyone who approaches the Osteria as a customer will absolutely not be able to understand its philosophy. You are a guest because you have to trust and place yourself in the expert hands of a person with a rich cultural and experiential background who knows how to expertly guide the guests with humor and kindness. I read about people complaining about not knowing what was on the menu. Fine: go to restaurants if you want everything written down on paper. And who didn't know about the price of the menu, read before booking. 35 euros per person is really an excellent price because lately not even a pizza can be eaten at this price. I repeat: there are those who may not like the way the place is managed, but we must give credit where credit is due: the products are of excellent quality, the cuisine follows tradition but is not afraid of some experimentation.
