Osteria Tananai In Brescia

A nice place in the center of Brescia. Clean and welcoming, already upon arrival the owners put us at ease by giving us a table available in just 3 minutes, as we had not booked. The courses were excellent, the menu was very varied......maybe too much, we were a little confused when ordering, but I assure you that it was all good, accompanied by a good red wine in a carafe.

Nel cuore del Carmine a Brescia, l’Osteria Tana ai offre un’autentica esperienza di cucina bresciana in un ambiente da trattoria curata e accogliente. Il menù celebra la tradizione con piatti eseguiti alla perfezione: i bigoli con alici, broccoli e peperoncino sono equilibrati e saporiti, le frattaglie di agnello risultano sublimi per cottura e intensità, mentre il vitello tonnato è un’ottima interpretazione di un classico senza tempo. Il servizio è veloce e attento, contribuendo a un’esperienza ancora più piacevole. Il conto è corretto, in linea con la qualità dei piatti. E per concludere in dolcezza, i dessert sono proprio come quelli fatti in casa, come li preparava la nonna: semplici, genuini e irresistibili. Data la popolarità del locale, la prenotazione è altamente consigliata. Tornerò sicuramente per esplorare ancora la loro variegata offerta!

Le sorelle proprietarie sono eccezionali. La loro trattoria una macchina da guerra. Ho preso pasta fagioli (fantastica), cervella fritte (da urlo), verdure grigliate, caffè, bottiglia di acqua e bottiglia di vino rosso. I have read several negative reviews about the "rudeness" of the owners. Theirs is not rudeness, but personality. The ladies represent the innkeepers of the past, honest, direct and at times "shameless". But if taken in the right spirit, they are very helpful and fun. Imagine being at the famous Roman Parolaccia... in Brescia. 🙂

It was a space dinner Super friendly staff! The onion morsels were the highlight So much so that we will dream about them all night. We will definitely come back here And we will still bring many people.

If you are looking for pure traditional Brescian cuisine you can only go to Tanani. The dishes offered are excellent, from homemade pasta to meat second courses from the best Brescia tradition and desserts. Don't ask for anything else outside of the proposed menu because here you only eat what the kitchen offers and I guarantee you that it is a truly beautiful experience. Otherwise this is not the place for you! We will definitely be back!

Delicious tavern. Traditional dishes, zero kilometer ingredients and friendly staff. The braised meat and the mascarpone cream with strawberries are excellent.
