We came across this place by chance last night and it was a great discovery. We ate truly exceptional meat, tasty, tender, cooked to perfection and the dish already had vegetables and baked potatoes included. We chose the piece of meat directly from the open fridge, the variety was very interesting. Waiting times (communicated in advance by the owner) acceptable. The lady was really kind, courteous, attentive, not intrusive but very present in the room just in case. The bread and focaccia are homemade (top!!) as are the desserts. We didn't try the dishes on the menu, but looking at what arrived in the room, they were beautiful and very well prepared. We were very intrigued by the hamburger.
Only note, we would have preferred to have a few degrees more in the room, it was cold.

New review... I'm back after months of absence.
Expecting to satisfy why I have been there several times.
Eat a nice, good piece of meat.
Unfortunately the management has changed and I am not at all satisfied.
There were only 3 types of meat (none of which was Florentine)
The prices are extremely high (a Black Angus €110 per kg) which was not available anyway.
We ordered a goose salami appetizer, and it was so frozen that it even bothered us to eat it.
The beer that was supposed to arrive with the second course arrived before the starter.
And the creme brulee ordered...was finished (but this can happen).
The chicken was an undercooked cicinin, but the fillet was cooked well.
So, appetizer, a chicken, a fillet, a beer, a water and a dessert and coffee... €75
That said, after the change of management... It lost 2 stars.
