17/03/2025: The restaurant is typically 70s, even in the background music. Red and white checked tablecloths, even if made of paper, straw chairs and furnishings obtained with the art of recovery. Sincere and typically Roman cuisine, good food and generous portions, the only flaws are the wine in bulk which is not very good and the price is definitely too high for the environment and the type of popular cuisine. Still a place worth a visit.
22/02/2025: Classic trattoria with red and white checked paper tablecloths. There is an air of home, a quiet room, a spotless bathroom. Between the triptych of pasta alla gricia, carbonara, cacio e pepe, coda alla vaccinara, lamb, baked potatoes, turnip greens, suplí with ragù and courgettes, they remained in my heart: cacio e pepe, coda alla vaccinara, supplì with courgettes. The oxtail tail was so good that even with the courgette suplí you could take it away. The tail was extra soft, you could cut it alone, and it melted in your mouth.
