Four of us stopped for lunch, and it was a great experience!
We ordered two appetizers: tripe Monferrato-style, two seafood carbonaras, and Valvaraita ravioli with butter and thyme. Everything was excellent, the tripe was special, and I must say that despite my prejudices about "non-classic" carbonara, this was excellent. The cream was well-made, and the swordfish speck was perfect. For dessert, pears cooked in wine and bunet. The waiter was kind and gave us excellent advice. Thanks again to the chef for his phenomenal tripe recipe! Total bill with water and amaro was €60 = phenomenal value for money.

I went here with two friends for Bagna Cauda Day. This is a lovely restaurant, with a warm and welcoming atmosphere. The staff is very friendly and attentive. I can say it was, without a doubt, the best Bagna Cauda I've ever had. The desserts, "bounet" and "Piedmontese-style" Martinsec pears, were also truly excellent.
I'll definitely be back to try other dishes from their regular menu.

Fish and pasta were very tasty and at great quality for the price. Service was accommodating of our big group, and our friend Kevin's appetite was (almost) satisfied. Will def come back.

I had the pleasure of having lunch at this restaurant for my brother's graduation. Excellent food, a family atmosphere, and very friendly staff (including the charming chef, whom we had the opportunity to meet!). Super welcoming, I recommend it to anyone looking for daily specials, traditional Piedmontese dishes, and fish.

A traditional Piedmontese restaurant, specializing in fish, with spectacular pasta dishes, good wine, and very attentive service. We were treated very well and with great professionalism. We really enjoyed all the dishes (flan di verdure, tagliolini, ravioles della valvaraita - a wonderful discovery, I highly recommend), the wine, and the homemade sweets. Good vegetarian options, very nice waiters, and a traditional tavern, with a lot of love for the cuisine, in Vanchiglia to which I will return without hesitation.
