Excellent! We visited Modena and, on the recommendation of a friend, stopped at this osteria. This is also because there's a celiac in our group, and this place offers a guarantee of celiac care. I'd say we were all very satisfied; the cuisine is typical of the area, so it's a guarantee.

A restaurant that strikes you from the first moment with its refined and elegant ambiance, meticulously crafted and capable of creating a welcoming yet sophisticated atmosphere. The service is attentive and professional, making the experience even more enjoyable.
The real highlight, however, is the homemade tagliatelle with ragù: perfectly rolled fresh pasta, with the perfect consistency that holds the sauce. The ragù is rich, flavorful, and prepared with quality ingredients, just as tradition dictates. A simple yet impeccably executed dish, worth the visit alone.
A perfect place for those seeking fine Italian cuisine in an elegant setting, where tradition and quality meet.

Passing through Modena, we asked a friendly local couple for advice, who took us to this restaurant. Tortellini in brodo are expertly prepared: delicate capon broth, just the right amount of firm pasta, and a rich, flavorful filling. The roast pork ribs are delicious. The atmosphere is simple and relaxed. The service is friendly and attentive. I would return and definitely recommend it.

I hadn't yet had the chance to try Trattoria da Bollo in Panzano, and given its recent opening in town, which offered the opportunity to combine a delicious dinner with a healthy walk, I booked here. The restaurant is bright and renovated, decidedly pleasant, with young and extremely friendly staff. The menu is classic Emilian trattoria fare, and the wine list is good. Above everything else, the tagliatelle with prosciutto ragù reigns supreme, second only to my mother's. The rest of the food was good and of high quality, but not surprising. My partner, when asked for a "blue" tagliata, meaning practically alive, received medium-rare meat, but... oh well. The desserts were average, but all in all, the ingredients were good, and everything was delicious. Recommended.

The current management has successfully enhanced an already well-known restaurant located at the entrance to Modena's historic center. The menu offers a limited number of excellent options, a substantial wine list, and a reasonable quality-price ratio. If there's one flaw, it's the poor soundproofing, which, when the restaurant is full, makes conversation difficult, but everything else is fine. Special mention goes to the truly superb tagliatelle al ragù, and to the helpfulness of the owner and staff.

Back under new management at Bollo.
Lunch with friends. Excellent polenta with sausage sauce, creamed cod, and mushrooms. Superb tagliatelle.
Next time I'll try the meat.
Excellent service, Mattia very kind.
Dinner with colleagues as part of the Gastronomic Thursdays event.
Excellent menu, impeccable service.
The menu: pumpkin tart, macaroni with lemon-infused sausage ragù (excellent), pork cheek with a bed of pumpkin, balsamic vinegar, and pancetta.
To finish, homemade ice cream with vinegar drops.
The wine was also very good.
Recommended.

Strolling through the streets of Modena around 2:00 PM on a Sunday, we spotted this place and went in. Even though we hadn't booked, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man (I think he was the owner) who immediately set up a table for two. High-quality Modena-Emilian cuisine, the ambiance is meticulously maintained, and the service and staff are truly excellent. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!
