The current management has successfully enhanced an already well-known restaurant located at the entrance to Modena's historic center. The menu offers a limited number of excellent options, a substantial wine list, and a reasonable quality-price ratio. If there's one flaw, it's the poor soundproofing, which, when the restaurant is full, makes conversation difficult, but everything else is fine. Special mention goes to the truly superb tagliatelle al ragù, and to the helpfulness of the owner and staff.

Back under new management at Bollo. Lunch with friends. Excellent polenta with sausage sauce, creamed cod, and mushrooms. Superb tagliatelle. Next time I'll try the meat. Excellent service, Mattia very kind. Dinner with colleagues as part of the Gastronomic Thursdays event. Excellent menu, impeccable service. The menu: pumpkin tart, macaroni with lemon-infused sausage ragù (excellent), pork cheek with a bed of pumpkin, balsamic vinegar, and pancetta. To finish, homemade ice cream with vinegar drops. The wine was also very good. Recommended.

Strolling through the streets of Modena around 2:00 PM on a Sunday, we spotted this place and went in. Even though we hadn't booked, we were greeted by a very friendly and helpful young man (I think he was the owner) who immediately set up a table for two. High-quality Modena-Emilian cuisine, the ambiance is meticulously maintained, and the service and staff are truly excellent. We'll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Martelli Sport Village

10/07/2025: I attended a wedding at Martelli's, not my first time there, and as always, the service was impeccable. The kindness of the staff is the heart of the venue. We were served a variety of dishes, considering there were so many of us, and the quality and attention to detail were excellent. There was an open bar by the pool, and with dips, cocktails, and fireworks, the evening ended magnificently, leaving everyone with wonderful memories. If you're getting married, this is definitely a place worth a visit.
