Confermo che ancora oggi la pausa a pranzo resta a 13€ (17 col dolce) sempre di una qualità inarrivabile a questo prezzo. Tra l’altro con scelta sempre di 4 primi e 4 secondi, cucina vera casalinga nel senso migliore del termine. Veramente incredibile di come si possa pranzare così bene a questo prezzo.

La Scuderia

22/06/2025: Dinner in Varallo in this very beautiful place, restored from a stable. Compliments to the chef, for black itagliolini with burrata and pistachio and the roasted octopus (the best I've tasted in recent times), equally well done the mixed fried fish with vegetables. Kind and attentive staff, especially Davide. Daniela & Gianni and our little dog Kelly.
11/05/2025: Bel posto nelle scuderie di Villa Borghi. Buona la pizza.
