It is already the second time that my wife and I have gone to this tavern, both the first and the second time it was a very pleasant experience both for the availability of those who served at the table in explaining the various dishes and in the various dishes. Advised

Had a great meal, all the food was really well prepared and the waiters were really good and competent! The only problem in the evening after our dinner was that there was a very close table of really uneducated people who were making an incredible "cagnara". up to 10 minutes earlier you could have a quiet conversation with background music! I repeat 5 stars for food and courtesy! Too bad the rudeness of some customers!

Incredible... without words, from the atmosphere to the highly surprising flavours, the simplicity capable of leaving one speechless represents the greatest mastery. The service is discreet and welcoming at the same time.

Bel localino, piccolo, ben ristrutturato all’interno delle mura veneziane, poi ristrutturate dagli austriaci, a Peschiera. Location accattivante e cibo nel complesso molto buono. Abbiamo mangiato due primi superottimi e abbondanti: bigoli son le sarde e olive taggiasche, gnocchi di patate fatti in casa con un sughetto a base di luccio, tinca e sarde. Il secondo sugo proveniva da pesce in parte congelato, ma eravamo stati informati correttamente sul menu, e comunque era ottimo come uno fresco. Di secondo ci siamo divisi un piatto di tinca in saor con la polenta, molto buono anche questo, anche se per mia moglie forse c’erano un po’ poche cipolle. Ci siamo divisi anche una terrina di radicchio rosso, condito con olio, aceto, pepe e sale, un po’ amarotico, con pochi cuoricini. Buono e, per alcuni tipi, particolare il pane portato in tavola. Molto buono il mezzo litro di Custoza sfuso che abbiamo bevuto assieme ad una bottiglia di acqua minerale. Servizio cortese e nei tempi giusti. Conto, che ritengo giusto, di 63,50 euro in due. A fronte di qualche piccola pecca, devo aggiungere che ci è stata offerta una mise en bouche con un quadratino di monte veronese più micro mostarda di pere, e una semplice crocchetta da pan biscotto da 5 cm. di diametro, con sopra una crema di broccoli e acciughe. La mise en bouche offerta, scarsamente proposta nel circondario veronese, costa quasi niente (può andar a pari con un modestissimo ricarico su qualche altro piatto) e mette sempre di buon umore. Quattro e mezzo arrotondati a cinque. Bravi.

Suggerito dalla proprietaria del bb abbiamo mangiato molto bene. Bella location, piatti particolari e di qualità. Da rivedere il personale ai tavoli.. Distaccati e poco empatici, almeno x il mio servizio. Peccato!
